Has never tracked any package I've ever ordered, takes 3 minutes to load just to say it can't find your package, there's a million ads anytime you do anything, my package will be out for delivery and this site still won't say any tracking information whatsoever, use literally any other site to track packages. I've never written a review before but this site has been so unbelievably bad I couldn't help myself.

Because this carrier leave the packages at the front door, anybody can take it, who is going to be responsable
Please do not leave packages aftere hours, especialy on business units 😡

Just tried tracking again & nearly had a heart attack as the item ordered 12/09 they are now saying it cannot be found - unbelievable so I did contact the sender before I did this review & to be honest can not believe this has happened and I'm going to ask for a refund

Livraison forcée d'un colis volumineux dans ma boîte aux lettres. Résultat boîte aux lettres déboitée et serrure tordue. Voyant que l'article ne passait pas, ce qui était pourtant évident, le livreur a sonné avec insistance chez la voisine qui a accepté de le prendre. N'est il pas possible de le laisser à la poste ou autre point de livraison dans ces cas-là ?

The worst site ever to track orders, works perhaps once, after that a pink page that can't do anything. So i wonder, why do ANY one want to use that Bip bip?!

Tried the site several times but the results are just the same. It is only tricking people into interacting on their website. Pure bullshit

Ho scritto all'azienda 4 volte, non sono stato contattato se non per dirmi di iscrivermi a twitter di contattarli lì. il mio pacco da loro risulta consegnato al mio indirizzo e sul pacco c'è nome e cognome e tutto il resto, MAI RICEVUTO. ali express mi dice che il pacco è stato consegnato per sbaglio in un latro paese dove CAçç@@!!!, C'E un altro con il mio nome cognome via indirizzo e C'E UN' ALTRA ITALIA!!!!! pacco perso per sempre

Je doute que ce site soit un vrai site de livraison. Je n’ai jamais reçu le colis. Celui ci aurait été soit disant livré à 23h50 dans ma boîte aux lettres. Or ma boîte aux lettres n’est pas accessible sans sonner. Jamais de réponse à mes mails… le site où j’ai passé commande n’a jamais répondu non plus.

Ordered an item through AliExpress. Cainiao was the declared courier. The cainiao website has no record of the item but ordertracker says it's been delivered. I didn't receive it.
When I tapped the link to contact the courier I was asked to register with X , the social media website. Reluctantly I went through the motions only to be told 'oops' something has gone wrong, try again later.
Am I satisfied with the service?
No.
Seems suspicious to me.

When you track your goods it is where it says it is I got my goods when it said it would

Tried using the online tracking service.. waited about 5 minutes for the page to load while it has a progress bar slowly moving from 0% to 100% and after all that waiting, and going thru captcha to prove I’m a human the results came back as “No information yet
No information for this tracking number at the moment”

This is scam. Used by other scammer as well.

Not this time only, but all the time, this tracker is rubbish

Tienda cool-store y nada que llega no hay manera de comunicarse con ellos para ver qué pasó con el envío ya ni la tienda responde son unos estafadores a denunciar para que los bajen de las plataformas por rateros
