This isn't an "online marketplace" of any kind, and the people leaving bad reviews because of the delivery service are absolute cretins.

This is a universal PARCEL TRACKING WEBSITE, it has NOTHING TO DO with the website you ordered your garbage from, it has nothing to do with ANY COURIER.

And unlike most or all the tracking provided by the couriers, this one just works, and it works well.

It loads quicker, it doesn't need stupid captcha or two steps, there's no "please wait 15 seconds for no reason" it's great for tracking your parcels from all couriers. It even remembers your tracking numbers if you check on multiple ones, you can even assign them names to remember what item it is.

Cannot praise this website enough. The people who left bad reviews because "hurr durr my courier didn't ring the door bell" - great, Parcels App isn't your courier, you selfish cretin.

Driver claimed to have delivered my parcel, so lazy he took the photo of my parcel “delivered” and it was obviously on the-floor of his van and a very dodgy signature claimed to be mine and I was 50miles away working. E mailed a complaint and called and person on phone said the gps stated it was back in the Newport depot but still no idea if i will receive it!

Komplett falsche Berechnung der Ankunftszeit! Ein normales Paket aus Südkorea, kein Express oder ähnliches, soll innerhalb von zwei Tagen zugestellt werden. Dass das totaler Schwachsinn ist, sollte ja klar sein. Das schafft DHL ja noch nicht mal innerhalb Deutschlands!

It’s this time of year when your parcels and packages don’t get delivered. This week I had 2 deliveries and I was home on both occasions and no one came to my door. One said that I wasn’t home so they are going to redeliver in 2 weeks and the other said that I wasn’t home so they took my package to the wrong post office then I called the post office and they said that they will transfer it to the right post office. So I have to wait until it gets to the right post office. Not happy with the new people that they put on they don’t know what they are doing . Dates that they happened on Monday13/10/2025 and Tuesday the 14/10/2025 with both deliveries

Questo è un sito di terze parti per il controllo delle spedizioni degli utenti che inseriscono il proprio codice di spedizione ma non conoscendo la natura del sito e come possa autosostenersi non lo so quindi mi affido a seconda del corriere mi rivolgo ai siti dovuti e non questo esempio se il corriere è sda uso poste italiane se bartolini uso il suo sito e così via

This page doesn't deserve all of the negative reviews born out of morons who don't understand this is a parcels tracking website that searches dozens of couriers and makes locating your tracking information as easy as possible. It shows detailed info that few if any of the official courier tracking tools do.

They are scammers
Fraudulently charges my account of $120 each in July and August 2025
After Trial of 2 days. I told them to cancel my subscription. Software is the worst in the world.
They replied me that they would cancel. Husband and wife scammers.

Beware the scam.Parcels2go have ingenuously asked me for more information 3 times, and 3 times I have supplied the information they requested, pretending to want to resolve the problem, after which they ignore me. Instead of delivering the parcel I had paid for, they returned it to me damaged and with parts missing. There is probably no point in supplying the case number, but heyho let's try for a FOURTH time. Case number 3783333. The date of my experience is approximate, as it was SO long ago.

As a buyer I relied on this app to track four separate shipments from china. The tracking disappeared once the shipment reached Oklahoma and tracking was supposedly handed off to a ground delivery company each time. Suddenly the app claimed the shipment was delivered to my destination. I never received the shipments. I requested shipment information from corporate but the app company never responded. What I learned is the app is manipulated by the Chinese sellers to make me think there’s a shipment but there’s no such shipment. Beware. Also don’t pay them any money, you won’t get what you paid for.

Fake shipping information. Criminal seller and parcelapp play in the same lega. This kind of people must be permanent banned from e commerce.
