A very useful tracking tool that hunts down international couriers with reliability

Used parcel force for years do get the item there but it's like a big Dinosaur just needs to update and adopt...live tracking is a joke..never on time just given up on it

App does exactly what it's supposed to do. I was able to accurately track my parcel from another continent thanks to this website

Was advised unable to leave as unsafe, I doubt they even got anywhere near my address let alone my front door, I was home all day, no one came to my door, knocked or rang the bell, I am now waiting on them to contact me, I have been through this before with other couriers they just you to ring them they then tell you to drive to their depot etc & pick it up, not anymore.

J'ai payé pour expédier un colis, aucun livreur n'est venu retirer le colis, aucun message, aucun appel, aucun email. Du vent ce site... aucun contact, pas email, pas téléphone juste une IA dans un chat qui vous propose de continuer à payer pour refaire passer le livreur fantôme ou d'annuler le commande.

The shipping fee is more than the actual order and you can't even cancel some items. You can't see the shipping fee until it's too late.
Never again.

I think it's shocking how people rush to leave bad reviews overwhelmed by anger and frustration cause they haven't received what they've ordered or they're having issues with whoever sent something over to them without even understanding who or what they're leaving the reviews to. THIS WEBSITE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR ORDER, THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WEBSITE YOU ORDERED FROM, THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COURIER THAT FALSELY CLAIMED YOUR STUFF WAS DELIVERED. THIS IS A TRACKING WEBSITE, JUST TRACKING AND EXCLUSIVELY TRACKING. It gathers information from all the available sources and upload the relevant tracking information. It just works flawlessly.

I have to go to pick up my package from the airport and I have to drive 35 minutes there and 1 hour and 10 minutes back and they told me if I don't come within 7 days we will return the package. Damn them

Bon? Parcels ne fait que des suivis, ils ne livrent pas ! Mdrrr tout les avis negatif ne servent a rien !!! Parcels n'as rien a voir sur la livraison, la perte, les faux colis etc...Par contre il delivrent le meilleur suivi qui soit en france et a l'international ! A bon entendeur !

Beaucoup notent ce site comme mauvais car ils ne recoivent pas leurs colis comme si parcelsapp etait livreur, ils ne sont pas livreur, ils s'occupent juste de localiser le colis et pour les avis negatifs sur les estimations de livraison, les estimations de livraison se créent grace au colis des memes lignes envoyés auparavant donc si les delais de livraison d'une ligne ne sont pas stable, l'estimation sera erronée et vous ne pouvez vous en prendre qu'a la ligne officielle, le site est tres bien, il detecte automatiquement par quelle ligne votre colis passe peu importe le colis le site le localise, personnellement je mettrais 4 etoiles car il y a quelques petit probleme de delais, parfois on a les infos sur les sites des lignes officielles quelques heures avant parcelsapp mais je mets 5 etoiles pour remonter cette moyenne desastreuse ahah, tres bon site je recommande !

They use fake data.

The tracking site said the package was delivered at a certain date & time. Nobody was at the door. The package was not delivered. I contacted the seller; and they said the package was returned from customs. So it never arrived in my home country ...

I think malafide sellers (can) use this tracking site to deceive their customers.

Hello, I use parcel app since 5 years. Often better information about the shipment status than the tracking apps of the courier services. It is the right app for my needs.

Sur le site il est impossible de joindre quelqu'un !
j'ai expédiée une lettre urgente en express le 16 septembre, Djibouti - France, la poste m'affirme un délai de 5 jours, j'ai payé plus de 40 euros pour ça.
depuis hier 23/09 l'application indique que la livraison est effectuée, cependant j'ai le destinataire en direct qui n'a toujours rien reçu
merci pour l'urgence, j'appelle ça du vol

Il peggior servizio a cui potreste mai affidarvi. Il pacco è arrivato in condizioni distrutte, così come tutti gli oggetti al suo interno. Il numero di danni apportati su ogni singolo articolo è assurdo, senza contare quelli rotti. Sembra che ci siano passati sù con una macchina o lo abbiano lanciato da una parte all'altra, perchè veramente non c'è nessun'altra spiegazione.

I use this site for several years, exceptionally good!!! AND IT IS FREE!!! I cannot believe some ppl accuse a free tracking service of fraud... It is NOT A DELIVERY COMPANY!!! Fraud is when someone took your money and disappeared.. without delivering!

Whenever I purchase something from an international seller, the Australian tracking is next to worthless. Parcelsapp consistently proves itself in the way it always has up-to-date tracking, even when the host courier tracking fails to provide updates! It's far superior, and I've only had positive experiences, therefore I feel it's worth leaving this review. It also provides the tracking from official sites - one from the host country, and another from the receiving country - extremely useful, in my humble opinion! Thanks for relieving my stress surrounding parcels that seem to exist in limbo.

Does the job accurately. As mentioned, sometimes more accurate than the actual shipping company. Great Site!
