The vape had burnt out very quickly within a couple days and the flavour was quite weak. I’m not happy about this as I tried it trusting the website.

Good products. Great value. A reliable company.

Don’t know why they got 4 star rating.

I made an order for 3 different vapes then they phoned to say they don’t have 1 vale in stock in the flavour then they phoned again stating they didn’t have another vale in stock. So had to change the vape again.

Then they said thank you your order will be delivered tomorrow.

Not being funny but I paid for 1st class post.
This is nothing but 10000 class post.
Very slow and very bad communication.

I will be going back to ordering from the original place that I ordered from once these vapes are delivered.

I’d say to anyone wanting vapes. To order from else where.
Service is bad and they keep making up rubbish lies saying not in stock please choose a different vape.

Place many orders with this company. Last order placed was incorrect and they have been fobbing me off with emails back and forth with no resolution for the last 4 weeks. All I asked was to replace the missing products or refund the difference and keep getting email after email saying they will contact their operations.

Damaged boxes bought 6 vapes one did not work bought the Hayati pro ultras which are now illegal!
Will be reporting this company for not meeting the legal requirements they would not send me different vapes and ignored my email in the result of selling illegal vapes and the lack of respect it’s made me act you can be prosecuted in the result of going this there can be an unlimited fine and up to 2 years imprisonment.
