Fast delivery and great customer service will shop again

Ordered last Friday, lady rang me and told me some of the items were out of stock but said she'd swap to another vape juice, got the royal mail pending notification and nothing since but silence. DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR TEXTS. Looking like a scam at this point... DO NOT ORDER

I find the bling to be not as good as my old brand which was hyati. Also, the crystal vape started leaking and half the liquid disappeared.

Was abit weary on this place while placing my order because of all the negative review's but I gave it a try and absolutely amazing really fast delivery and high quality vape will recommend

Shocking company. Ordered an item they didn’t actually have in stock sent me a text message from a mobile number days later regarding the order so I asked for an email to be sent. Told I would be refunded…. Guess what no refund!! As someone that used to run an e-commerce store myself I can’t believe they are still trading looking at the other reviews here.
I’ll be contacting my bank to get my money back. Would urge others with similar experience to report to trading standards.

First of all I ordered and paid, then was told that they have not got the flavours I ordered so had to have replacements, then when received, only 8 were sent instead of 12, I have phoned and emailed, which are all ignored..AVOID and buy from a trustworthy company

Two orders now arrived with missing items I had paid for. They don’t bother answering emails or calls and when they finally do after constant persistence I’m fobbed off.

Just like others have mentioned on here, they lack basic customer service and competence.

I’ve been waiting two weeks now for my missing vapes, was told last week missing portion of order was dispatched however no tracking provided and I was I called again today they said they would post it today. But they havnt.

They still have my Vapes and my money.

Over all an incredibly disappointing outcome. I will not be ordering from here again as it’s simply just too unreliable and frustrating. And I’d recommend others don’t either.

Vape came today 30k after being called to say the one I bought was out of stock and I had a choice of three others I wasn’t even fond of. Arrived today damaged with one of the pods leaked EVERYWHERE on the device so I can’t even use. I have contacted customer service hopefully they can resolve this, refund or at least send a replacement as I’m not happy.

This company lacks basic standards, I wish I read these reviews before ordering
I ordered some vapes over a week ago and they still have not been delivered despite me paying for next day delivery
I got sent an email saying they have been dispatched, this was a lie, I got a text 3 days later saying they don’t have my flavour I wanted originally and offered a new flavour, I agreed and they said it would be delivered a day later, this was another lie, 5 days later still no delivery, Royal Mail status has still not been updated and says that they are still expecting it.
This company is a joke, I’m appalled by their service, avoid this mess and order from a trust worthy company, I will be contacting my bank for further details

The last two orders have been messed up. The first was rectified and the missing items (eventually) sent. The latest was wrong item sent and my emails have been ignored.

Unable to get the basics right.

Multiple times we've purchased vapes and specifically selected TRACKED 24, as what we have is running out and we need them to arrive inside 2 days.

These people just ignore that, and send it out Tracked 48 which takes about 5 days to get to us, leaving us with no vape.

It happened before, when queried they ignored the question and replied with a generic 'sorry, it's on the way'.

They've just done it again and that's the final straw for me. Will find another company to buy from who's capable of providing customers with the postage level they've paid for.

Phoned me to ask what I would like as a substitute for an out of stock vape. Received them very quickly..good service all round thank you.

Total scam. I ordered 5 Randm 9KS vapes and got 8KS and paid for next day delivery — they took over 6 days to arrive. The flavours were completely different from what I ordered, and they taste burnt straight out of the packaging.

They messaged me asking if I wanted different flavours (which I now see they do to others too), then went silent. The tracking on the app was stuck on “on the way” for days and then just disappeared.

This isn’t a proper business, it’s a joke. Just some guy scamming customers. Save your money and avoid this mess.

I am always very please with the prompt delivery, the choice of flavours and the fact that they do actually last as long as it says on the packaging 😊
