COMPLETE SCAMMERS ADVERTISED CRYSTAL PRIME 18K MR BLUE IN STOCK THEN SENT ME FAKE ROYAL MAIL DISPATCH NUMBER THEN THE DAY AFTER I HAD TO EMAIL THEM SAYING ROYAL MAIL DOESNT HAVE IT FOR THEM TO TELL ME ITS NOT IN STOCK A DAY LATER....THEN THE TROUBLE STARTED 3 DAYS LATER AFTER ME SAYING REFUND ME THEY REPLIED WITH SORRY NOT IN STOCK WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT I TOLD THEM NOTHING JUST A REFUND THEY THEN REPLIED WITH WHAT ABOUT ANOTHER BRAND I SAID NO REFUND ME AND NOW STILL WAITING ON A REPLY THEY HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF REFUNDING I WILL BE GOING TO MY BANKS FRAUD TEAM TODAY IF NOT SORTED I AHOULD OF CHECKED ON HERE BEFORE BUYING....AS WHAT THESE PEOPLE DO IS LIST VAPES THAT ARE POPULAR THAT THEY DONT HAVE AND ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY TRY PUSH SOMETHING ELSE ON YOU SO THEY DONT LOOSE A SALE ITS DISCGUSTING REALLY BAD SET OF PEOPLE BEEN 5 DAYS NO REFUND I DONT WANT THE ORDER I WANT MY MONEY BACK

please do not buy off of this website! last week i bought myself a few vapes off of there and i payed for next day delivery just for it not to come the next day, at first i'd given them the benefit of the doubt considering they had told me some of the vapes were out of stock asking me if i'd like to switch them. they then told me my order would be with me the day after this, another lie. it was days and days of sending emails until it finally came on wednesday. not only did they send me them almost a week later from my order (i payed 5.99 for next day delivery too) but when they came half of the vapes don't bloody work! please avoid this website like the plague im never ordering from them again

Was sent the wrong vapes that where a lot cheaper than the 4 I had ordered. I rang up and they said they would send me a returns label. This was never sent. Won't be using this company again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

From placing my order to delivery - great quick service.

First time ordering and thoroughly impressed. I ordered 2 hayati pro disposables am on 23/04/2025, they arrived before 3pm 24th! So warranted a thank you email too.

ORDERED TWO VAPES THEY HAVENT ARRIVED IVE SENT THEM 3 EMAILS, TRIED TO CALL BUT A DUD PHONE NUMBER,THEY CALL ME BACK TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE THE FLAVOURS? ? I ASK FOR A REFUND AND THEY IGNORE MY REQUEST,NOW INFORMED MY BANK !!

I definitely should have checked these reviews before ordering…

They don’t respond to emails so I wouldn’t bother emailing them, took 4 attempts for them to pick up the phone, and instagram DMs will just be read and not responded to.

My order was supposed to be delivered today, no update from DPD or them on this. When I called the lady (who was being told what to say by a guy in the background) blatantly lied to me and told me it had been dispatched (it definitely hasn’t) and if it is not received tomorrow (2-days late) I just need to call and get a refund… well according to the rest of these reviews I may as well contact my bank and start the dispute process now.

Advice for business owners - if you can’t cope with the volume of orders you receive, it may be time to downsize or hire more staff; either way from these reviews it’s not looking good at the moment is it…

UPDATE - so after calling and writing this review, conveniently enough my tracking was updated and the order arrived today (a day later than expected)…
But I’m now missing two items? It shows on the website they’re coming separately but they have the same tracking number?

What a useless company.

I’ve asked for my other items and a refund of the delivery fee but I doubt they’ll respond, absolutely pathetic service.

I will be contacting trading standards.

order 2 vapes and some pods only to receive one vape no pods. Customer service is awful still no reply.

I ordered 5 different items. I received 4 and one of them was incorrect! Vague response from Harjot, but no correct items sent out and no return label sent (as per their faq) for me to return the incorrect item. Avoid like the plague!!!

If I could leave zero I would no communication no items days later no tracking royal mail haven't even recieved the order contacted 5 times had no reply looks like the only way get your money back is through the bank

Great price and delivery

The worst customer service imaginable. Phoned from a mobile number to be told my order was lost- offered an alternative product which I declined, a lot of mumble to no avail. Have now phoned 5 times to chase a refund, 0 customer skills and care from the two people I spoke to, promised email confirmation twice. After the latest call received an unprofessional email from a personal account and had the phone put down on me. Shocking company, use against your own peril.

I ordered two vapes last time and the flavours were the same when they should of been different so this time I ordered one vape and got the one that I should of got before so happy now but will order on a different day to get them quicker but that was my fault.

Ordervape offers plenty of flavours and decent prices, but their service has room for improvement. Delivery was timely, but some experiences could be smoother. While the range is good, occasional stock issues do occur. Overall, it's an okay option for vapes, but not flawless. Would appreciate more consistency in customer service.

I ordered 13 vapes and only got 11. taking a long time to look into this problem.

Out of date vape , faulty . I had emailed the customer service but they ignored me.
