Origene Reviews

I paid for one result I did not pay for a subscription? And they charging me for something I still have not gotten anyway!

Very easy to use. And affordable.

Gives you real insight to where you are from far as ancestors but kinda on the costly side.

It was great having told me a lot of things about me I didn't know already thank you awesome

........ ........

It was awesome and very accurate couldn't believe it

I’m waiting for my results, so I don’t know if it’s good or not!

It’s OK, except for the fact that I wear wigs and I keep my hair tied up when I took the photo. I still have my hair wrap and it says that my hair is dark mind you I wear wigs so when I take my hair wrap off my hair is not my natural hair. I have a wig on so what is it gonna tell me that I’m from Europe or something like that I don’t know it’s somewhat accurate but not accurate when it comes down to the part about your hair so for future references if you wear a wig, take it off in order to get a correct scan otherwise you’ll be confused

Easy to use. Wish it was easier to get information for free.

I never signed up for this service. I found 26 charges from November 2024 to April 2025 under three different names — MILKY WAY ENTERTAIN, ST MILKY WAY, and ARTIA APPS. All small amounts around 700 THB that I didn't notice at first.

I have never created an account, never received any email receipt, and never installed their app. When I checked my email there is nothing from them. My Google Play order history shows zero purchases from them.

I tried to contact support. The email listed on their privacy policy as refund contact bounced back as "No Such User". The other support email only sent an auto-reply saying "cancel in your profile in the app", but I don't have any profile or app to cancel in. That's proof they didn't even check.

I discovered this only a week ago because I wasn't receiving my monthly statements. I cancelled my card immediately on 24 Aug 2026.

This looks like card testing fraud — small rotating charges to avoid detection.

Be careful and check your statements.
