Retouren nach China IMMER auf eigene Kosten

Der Kundenservice bei Rücksendungen ist kompliziert: Zuerst scheint man per Mail einfach eine Rückgabe zu melden, da gestaltet sich schwierig, da man andere Trackings annehmen muss, um ungehindert eine Mail zu schreiben. Als Antwort bekommt man ein Formular, das nicht direkt ausgefüllt werden kann, sondern ausgedruckt und ausgefüllt werden muss, um es dann zu fotografieren und wieder per Mail zu verschicken. Danach erhält man im 3. Schritt, dass man auf EIGENE KOSTEN an eine Adresse in China schicken muss. Das ist mit Zoll etc. so teuer, dass die Firma großzügig anbietet, das Produkt mit 35% Preisnachlass behalten zu können. Dabei wurde das Produkt doppelt geliefert…

Vorsicht Betrug

Vorsicht, ich habe nicht mal eine Retourschein geschweige Rechnung in meinen Lieferung gehabt. Ich habe auch die 2 Päckchen per Einlieferungsschein zurück geschickt. Orthoback ist so frech und schickt sie mir wieder zurück. Also Vorsicht vor dieser Firma, kann ich nur sagen.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen,

Ich habe 2 Geräte gekauft von denen eines nicht funktioniert hat. Ich habe auch 3 Tuben von diesem Nervengel gekauft und nach einer gewissen Zeit gemerkt, dass es rein gar nichts bringt bei mir. Daraufhin wollte ich die Sachen reklamieren und bekam auf drei!!! Mails keinerlei Antwort. Die im Netz hinterlegte Mail-Adresse hat scheinbar gar nicht funktioniert oder gibt es nicht. Als ich die Sachen zurücksenden wollte, kam dann doch auf einmal eine patzige Antwort, dass ich nur noch 35 % des Kaufpreises zurückbekommen würde. Da dies allerdings in der Frist zur Rückgabe kam, kommt diese Firma also dann unberechtigterweise mit 30 Tagen Rückgaberecht, ohne es einzuhalten! Ich musste es jetzt für über 50 € !!! nach China an eine sehr fadenscheinige Adresse mit einer einzigen Raumnummer in einem Gebäude zurücksenden. Wie gesagt auf eigene Kosten. Man hat mich dann auch angemahnt, weil scheinbar noch weitere Kosten vor Ablauf der Frist angerechnet werden. Aus meiner Sicht absolute Abzocke und überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Frau Rebecca Meier aus dem Kundensupport setzte mich mit den 35% sofort unter Druck in Ihrer Mail! So sieht kein guter Kundenservice aus Gegebenenfalls werde ich meinen Rechtsanwalt einschalten und dagegen vorgehen!

ORTHOBACK SHOES - Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. On arrival of two pairs of shoes that cost over £100I I was shocked and so disappointed how poorly made they were. Such poor quality aces very disappointing. They look like they didn’t cost more than £5 to make. Total and utter rip off. The company state easy returns on their website, do not be fooled, this is an absolute joke. Returns are not free and not only that you have to ship them to China. This cost me £35, I did question sending them back but thought well at least I’ll be £65 up and not £100 out of pocket.
After over six months my parcel has been returned to me today with the Chinese address as given to me by Orthoback stated as unknown. So now I am £135 out of pocket and absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service, the total blatant lies, and very very disappointed and feel totally and utterly scammed. I cannot afford to lose this money but was really suffering with my ankles and the assurances on their website led me to believe these shoes would really help. They are exploiting people and scamming people. Do yourself a favour and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Habe mir dieses Gerät angeschaut auf FB…

Habe mir dieses Gerät angeschaut auf FB und man kam gar nicht weiter mit der Bestellung, da man immer wieder zu einem Video weitergeleitet wurde, welches man nicht vor spulen kann. Danach kam irgendwann, dass ich privilegiert sei, kostenlos 1x das Gel zu meiner Bestellung zu bekommen und ich kam wieder zu diesem Video. Letztendlich habe ich keinen Bestellvorgang vornehmen können... Jedoch kam ein Paket an mit 3x dem Gerät und 1x dem Gel, wofür die jetzt 409,60€ von mir haben wollen. Trotz Widerruf habe ich heute eine Mahnung erhalten. Ich habe nie eine Bestellung durchgeführt, selbst wenn, hätte ich keine 3 Geräte bestellt und das Gel wollte ich auch nie haben. Dafür eine Rücksendung nach China auf eigene Kosten??? Mit Sicherheit nicht! Meiner Meinung nach handelt es sich hier um eine Betrugsmasche...

Einige zeit später ohne das ich etwas bestellt oder bezahlte erhielt ich ein Paket von der "Firma" ich nahm umgehend Kontakt auf und es hiess ich müsse die Ware nach China eingeschrieben zurücksenden auf eigene Kosten!! Auch füllte ich das Wiederrufsformular aus.
Es ging so weit, dass ich mich an die örtliche Polizei wandte . Nun, ist das Paket mit einer viel zu hohen Rechnung die auch nicht stimmt immer noch bei mir .Jede Woche erhalte ich 2 Mahnungen die Firma reagiert überhaupt nicht dies obschon ich etliche male mir Zeit nahm um zu schreiben. Finger weg.

Orthoback Misrepresents Itself as a U.S. Company – Beware


Orthoback presents itself as a U.S.-based company—using names like “Orthoback US” and promoting claims like free shipping, 100% satisfaction guaranteed, and easy 30-day exchanges. My experience tells a very different story:

Free Shipping – This is true.

100% Satisfaction / Money-Back Guarantee – Completely false. I have been battling with them over a month now and still haven’t received a reasonable resolution.

30-Day Exchange Guarantee – Misleading at best. Returns must be shipped to China at the customer’s expense—costing nearly 70% of the item’s price—making any refund or exchange nearly impossible.

24/7 Customer Support – Inaccurate. There is no phone number. Communication happens only through slow, inconsistent email replies.

The company appears to be affiliated with an unverified U.S. entity (Reach (USA) LLC) and a Hong Kong-based company (Fair Commerce Ltd). In reality, Orthoback is a Chinese company misrepresenting itself as a U.S. business while selling low-quality products with little to no support.

I’m now out $116 with a product I can’t wear—Orthoback shipped the wrong size and refuses to take responsibility. I can’t even escalate to the Better Business Bureau because they aren’t registered there.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

If there was a lower rating, then a one, that's what I would give them and their product. It seems like they (shoes) came from the dollar store 0 quality. When I requested a refund after spending almost $80. They refused to give it to me. Do yourself a favor forget this company exists..

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with.
* I orderd the Orthoback massager via their UK Link, at the cost of £100,
* I was sent a faukty, poorly performing product and requested a full refund.
* They replied with new terms of business which stated that I must return the item to China at my own cost and must be received in China within 2 weeks of purchase.
* I refused and reluctantly agreed a 30% discount, which was never paid.
* Yet another Chinese Scam with bogus UK address.

Horrible customer service

Sent me the wrong size. Lied about sending me the wrong size. Made return process lengthy, obscure, and not worth the time. On top of that, they only agreed to refund 30% of what I paid. You may as well shop local and American(they’re center based in China )

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them after reading on their website they are very good for back problems, which they obviously are not. The shoes are terrible quality, very cheaply made. I had a terrible experience with customer service trying to return the shoes. I had to fill out many forms AND pay postage fees ALL THE WAY TO CHINA.
Fast forward 6 months later, I receive the shoes at my doorstep. I heard nothing from customer service or anyone from that company. I had to inspect the packaging to find out the return “passed the return by date” meaning they are no longer eligible for return or refund.
This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I sent a couple of emails to customer service, but they decided to not reply. I am absolutely fuming now and trying to find a way to be refunded £160.

Poor customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes on line from this company, I usually wear a size 7.5-8, I ordered 8-8.5, it took over a month to receive the item only to find them to be too small as well as too narrow. I immediately contacted Orthoback customer service to initiate a return and refund only to be told I have to submit a cancelation form for review. I was informed the following day that I could return the shoes at my expense back to Asia or keep them, despite the fact that I cannot actually wear them, and receive a 35% refund. I find this to be a very unsatisfactory policy and would never had ordered them had I known. I will never buy anything from them again and do not recommend them.

Orthoback do not deliver!

I ordered the Orthoback products on 22 March 2025. By 18 April they still had not arrived. I exchanged emails with the company and they kept promising delivery within 4-7 days, but the delivery did not materialise. I have spent £297 and the products have not been delivered. This is the worst of services.

Now 2025 with no refund from 2024!!!!!

Purchased trainer type shoe and indoor sandal type for my planter fasciitis to find they where cheap flimsy shoes that my chiropodist recommend I never wear! I asked for a refund to find out the expense to return was ridiculous so was offered a 50% refund for the shoes to which I thought was better than nothing, and I accepted. This was on 27th March 2024 and I am still awaiting my refund to be told I should have some patience! It has been over a year and I still have not had any money returned and the customer service has been basically non existent! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Overpriced cheap shoes from China

Avoid purchasing from this company. The shoes take a long time to arrive because they are being shipped from China, which I was not aware of when I made the purchase. I can only describe the quality of these shoes as being extremely cheap and quite frankly dangerous, with a very slippery looking hard plastic sole, not like anything I have seen on a training shoe before. The label on the tongue says "Fashion" and I would imagine they would retail at about £5-£10 at most not the £50 they are charging.
I appreciate I should have checked this site first, but am hoping I can prevent others from making the same mistake.

Very dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied. The website is rubbish, they say they allow klarna but it doesn't work, their support number doesn't exist and their "24h support team" don't reply to anything. They claim that their returns are simple yet it's the complete opposite. You also have to pay to return them which will cost half the price of the shoes because they're from China. The shoes are far too big despite me ordering my size, they're not comfy at all and they're expensive. Absolute rip off

Absolute rubbish from China

Absolute rubbish from China. Luckily, I paid by PayPal, so I refused delivery and exposed them for the crooks that they are within a PayPal claim, which paid me my refund.

I purchased the othobark in October 24…

I purchased the othobark in October 24 6 months later
It’s stopped working contacted customer support as it’s out of the 90 day return window there is nothing they can do very dissatisfied waste of money had an I email from othoback support uk after placed my review to get in touch with USA support as suggested, but still nothing they can do so, think carefully before you purchase £99 for 5 months use

not worth the high price

I have arthritis in my ankles and was looking for trainers for my imminent visit to the hilly Lisbon. I was very disappointed when I received my orthopedic trainers. They were advertised as an RRP of over £100, and I paid £49.90 for them. Having purchased trainers from China before, I would put them in the £19.99 or less bracket. They have cushioned soles and some support at the back of the ankle, but I certainly won't be taking them to Lisbon. I daren't show them to my wife. I was attracted by the RRP, expecting them to be extremely good quality orthopedic shoes. In my opinion, they are not.
