I wouldn't even give them one star but can't write a review without doing that. Dreadful service. The company seems to be registered in France even though they call themselves orthopulse UK and the product is sent directly from China and takes at least three weeks. Rubbish product also. Expensive and cheap. I don't recommend this company at all. Their website looks very nice but it means nothing.

I bought heel grips and they had allegedly been about £24, reduced to £11.90. They are truly awful, cheap rubbish! I put them in to try on and they have allegedly bunched up already?

I ordered some moldable silicone earplugs which promised to block out 95% of ambient noise. The website also stated that I would receive my order within 3 days.

The reality was very different. It took over two weeks to receive my item, all the way from China, despite Orthopulse UK claiming to be UK-based. The product is also appalling and not what I was promised. The "moldable silicome earplugs" are in fact some disgusting, really sticky black gunk. The consistency is exactly the same as that of really wet, chewed-up chewing gum. And you're supposed to stick this crap inside your ears! I could barely get the stuff out of the pack without it making a mess everywhere. It was like handling melted toffee and some of it ended up getting stuck in my hair, and was impossible to wash off. The usage instructions were also in Chinese!

The product packaging also states that the "earplugs" block out only 37% of noise, not the 95% that was promised/lied about in the ad.

This company is a disgrace and should be banned from trading. Fake claims about being UK-based, false advertising and misleading claims, pathetically bad products and fake company reviews. How are they still trading after the glut of complaints on here?!

Do not use this company,specifically asked if the were a uk company and they assured me they were.
After many days I contacted them asking where my order was and they sent me tracking information.
It was then I discovered the goods were coming from China.
I immediately contacted them before I received the order and asked them to cancel and return my money,instead they delivered the Chinese junk which went immediately in the trash.
The only thing that has lasted coming from China is the COVID virus.

Got a watch for partners birthday, when it arrived put on charge. That's first and last time the screen was on. They gave details of what extra I should do to get it working. Obviously it didn't work. Once I mentioned it's rubbish and want refund, not a word from them. Stay away from this company

I've been struggling with allergies since moving house. Found some nice looking humidifiers on this website - the items were all discounted - with the sale ending on the day I was on the website (a couple of days ago). I felt the need to buy the items quickly, before the sale ended, and before I had consulted customer service about which item would be best for me. The website looked really good, with lots of good reviews below each item.

I just checked Trust Pilot today - seen all these terrible reviews, and now regretting my purchase.

I went on the Orthopulse website just now - it says the sale is ending today! Clearly they keep changing the 'end of sale' date, as a ploy to get people to buy stuff more quickly. Very naughty.

I hope to get a full refund, but from the host of bad reviews on Trust Pilot, I'll probably have to get my bank's help with this.

I still haven't had any reply to my questions in an email I sent to Orthopulse earlier this week - which is always a bad sign...

What a con with this company the item that was ordered for my wife was not suitable so with there so say 100% refund I emailed the the uk email address for return details as asked I had one reply from them asking for photos videos ect but it was still in original packaging after explaining this nothing just totally ignoring my request

Bought 2 bathroom grab handles, absolutely useless, in fact very dangerous, as they keep falling off the wall which renders them useless

The BodyMetrics Smart Body Composition Scale | BMI Fat Scale - Measures Weight - Calculates Body Fat - Tracks Fitness but only if you use the app they provide. Given that the product and the app are chinese, I was wary. The app delivers a heap of annoying adverts. Recently the advert said that I had a virus on my Android phone. I assume the purpose of this was to attempt to convince me to download something. I immediately removed the app from my phone. I no longer have a smart scale. When I wrote to orthopulse, their answer boiled down to "the app is developed and maintained by a third-party company". With out a secure app, this is no longer a smart scale. They are not interested in any further conversation.

I wish I had never heard of them. What an outstandingly bad company with a disregard to everything. They do not deliver at all, just take your money and run.

I was in pain and needed help. They promised a quick delivery. I was totally fooled by these cowboys.

This has led me to be a lot worse. They could not care a toss.

I DO NOT CARE WHO YOU ARE. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.

Wrong order received and they completely ignored all my e mails. Customer services did not even acknowledge my complaint let alone try and fix the problem.

Terrible to deal with. The products are cheap and nasty and come from china. Not the uk. Been a month now with emails being sent with the odd one replied to still havent sorted out my issues with product. Avoid at all costs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Die Wärmeschuhe sind schon kaputt hier angekommen. Ich wusste nichtmal, dass die Ware aus China kommt. Laut Impressum ist es eine französische Firma.

On 24 August we are still waiting for a de-humidifer ordered on 5 August.

This is not a UK company which I have realised after waiting for over a week for my order to be shipped - no movement but have took my money.
They initially replied to my 1st email and made some excuse and asked for my full shipping address which they had in full!!
I have asked for a refund but not received it OR a response to the email!!
They did finally respond and I have now been refunded

They are not based in the UK they are based in France. All the items are shipped from China and are not fit for purpose brace ordered by my son for a dropped foot injury sustained mountain biking. It’s awful. His dad is a consultant and deem it so inappropriate do not buy from this company.

Don’t trust this supplier.

Purchased a toe separator & it took more than a week to be delivered, The website states that it will take few days to be delivered . I have to contact my bank & the company several times before it arrives, have also requested for a refund before the goods arrive but it wasn’t possible.

FALSE ADVERTISING. It’s all cheap rubbish from CHINA!! AVOID!!!!
