Do not order from this company. Didn't receive confirmation with order number & they didnt reply to rmail i sent when asking this information. And the product did not arrive so had to do a Charge back on credit card

Waiting for my senior guardian watch to arrive, was told it would be sent in a couple of days,it's been over a week and still not received it

Dont buy from this company, the products are useless, dont fit, cheap material used. Not a uk base company. I sent 20 emails from my 3 different emails and had no response!!!!!, Nobody answers the phone!!!!, I challenged this with paypal and after their investigation, they said that the company follows all processes and my refund was rejected. Shame on them. There should be a red flag on this company ripping people off.

Item never arrived and told me I was getting a refund and never received my refund!!! DO NOT BUY

A complete scam - the company calls itself Orthopulse UK and one of the website statements is that it provides quality products for the UK. The absolute rubbish I received today - two weeks after ordering - came from China and probably cost less than £1 to make - but cost me £15. I feel like an idiot - TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

I ordered an elbow brace from this company. When it arrived it was much too tight, nothing like the dimensions which I had given them.
I emailed them, but after nearly 3 weeks have had no reply. So I've purchased from a high street source, much better quality, and at a cheaper price!

Not a U.K. company. UK email address but a Chinese company. Backguard arrived but too small to fit anyone but a small child. Their company address is in France. Delivery came via Yun Express and then Royal Mail and the returns address is the Yun Express Depot at 153 Blakeney Way in Cannock. This address appears to be connected to a number of scams according to the internet. I will attempt to return the item but as they tend not to respond to emails I anticipate losing £39.99 and will have to put it down to experience and look much further into U.K. email addresses in the future.

No response from this company when the wrong product arrived from China, so misleading advertising as a UK company. Also head office in France so can't ring them. Sent a very cheap plastic family breathalyser instead of a Keto breath reader. Lost over £35 if they don't respond, which reading the reviews seems very unlikely.

Watch arrived in 3 weeks, lovely design and functionality. Still to precisely test accuracy of the blood glucose readings.

I have ordered the watch which supposed control my sugar level unfortunately it’s a scum the sugar readings are completely inaccurate. I have decided to return the watch. I have send an email as they requested. First they offer 20% discount and keep the watch , when I didn’t agree they asked me to send the watch back . I have send it back recorded delivery to their French address and they have received it. I have send them an email confirming the package have been send and received by them so now can I have my money back? Surprisingly I have received a reply that they did not get my email so can I send it again with a photos of Royal Mail receipt. So again feeling like an idiot I have send email again. After few days the response came : I will get the refund in the next 10 working days but if the money won’t come I should contact my bank . My bank has nothing to do with their refund. Now it’s over 10 days : no money , no email. This company is a total scum , avoid when you can .

Appalling level of service & quality, order took 3 weeks to arrive, no communication since confirmation and when the goods did arrive the quality was very cheap and poor.
Avoid at all costs.

Slightly slower delivery than expected because, I later realised, the goods were coming from China. But the shipping was free/included in price and the insoles are very comfortable so far. I seem to have been receiving three emails a day with delivery info so I've had better service than many.

A scam of a company. I ordered and paid online with credit card. Items were never delivered!! Have for months tried to sort it. They are false scammers. I paid around £80.

i purchased the watch, but it didnt fit due to my disability, and despite the 90 days to return the item, and two emails to support i have not been given the details of how to return, but offered a measly 20% refund and to keep a watch that is of no use to me
they also ignored my request to cancel the order within 24 hours

Shameless false advertising selling products that do not work or perform as advertised. I bought a smart watch advertised as having fall detection and GPS tracking designed for elderly people to alert contacts if they fall with GPS showing where they are. They even have numerous 5 star customer reviews stating how well those features work. Except when I got the watch it does not have those features. I contacted their customer services and they responded to me saying it did not have those features. I pointed out their website said it did so how I would go about getting a refund? They blocked me. Emails are now undeliverable to them. Shocking that they are allowed to continue trading.

Do not trust this company，they are just trick the customer，they are not respond as same as they promise。I have been waiting for my order over an month， Hannah just let me wait 7 days +3 days that she promisd will refund after 3days without any doubt，but she did not refund。In 7 days later，I have sent the email to remind her ，but she still let me waiting another 3days。 I have email to ask her，unlikely the company has blocked my e mail。what is the funny business！
