First class service from check-in (on an iPad, with all your previous info visible) pleasant front desk personnel, no waiting for my scan, technician very nice as well. Clean, comfortable, well-run place. Recommended.

The doctor was very friendly and thorough answering my questions with detail and reassurance . Reception staff were also very welcoming.

What a wonderful experience here at Oryon, Lister House. From the wonderful reception lady Janel, to the radiographers - Mohammed and his colleague, Omar. They were professional, warm and friendly. We had a great time. Mohammed really looked after my 87 year old mum. I think she wanted to take him home with her, he was so nice to her. Thank you so much ! And as a clinician, I regularly refer to Oryon, so this is a huge thumbs up.

My Ultrasound scan at Wimpole Street was completed promptly and professionally. Staff were polite and approachable.

Excellent experience at Oryon Dover Street. As a specialist in sports injuries I am very fussy about MRI scans. I love that Dover St has a 3T high tech scanner. Very professional receptionist and scanning staff and superb facility with easy access.

There was no sign on the door.
I pressed reception bell, no reply.
I pressed slowly every bell on the the list. No reply.
I asked leaving staff if there was an imaging company, Two said No.
I checked on my phone to confirm Harley St address.
The winter sun eventually faltered and I could see through the barred glass a sign Oryon.
A Lady from a different company let me in after over 10 minutes on the Street.
The sign in lobby directs the oppisite of where the place is, however by now! eventually found unsympathetic receptionist who said had heard nothing! Not really suprising, buried in the bowels of the building. I paid asked for an invoice ( insurance etc) Printer broken I insisted so I believe a printed invoice was managed by the time the scan was done.
Excuse, are not allowed to put sign outside! Surely for the bell?
I am sure unlikely if done with respect to the building. Perhaps one should speak kindly to the landlord?
It was a chilly day and a very cold wait for a patient.

If you struggle with claustrophobia, Dover Street Clinic is amazing

If you struggle with claustrophobia, Dover Street Clinic is fantastic. They have an open-end MRI scanner, so it doesn’t feel too overwhelming once you’re inside. They give you earplugs, play calming classical music, and even used cool air on my feet, which made the whole experience much more comfortable.

A big shout-out to the radiologist as well — he counted me down through the last six minutes, which really helped since I struggle with confined spaces.

Pro tip: If you arrive early, you can wait at the Art Lounge Members Club nearby. The WiFi is great, and the staff are super friendly — perfect spot to relax before your appointment

I have anxiety and found the experience very calming and almost enjoyable. Very welcoming and friendly receptionist, really knowledgeable radiologist and felt completely at ease. The welcome area has a lovely coffee machine and is spotless. You are then taken to your own suite to change - which has wifi. Once in the MRI suite you are given headphones connected to Spotify with music of your choice and offered a blanket. They offer last minute and last night appointments until 11pm on weekdays with parking outside.

Impressive professional service. Everyone was helpful and caring. Appointment on time, reasonably priced in pleasant surroundings. Radiologist explained procedure clearly and even gave me a copy of the scans as I cannot print emails easily. Good baseline bone density assessment. I would definitely use Oryon Imaging again to measure any changes.
