Offering a great service at best price; quickly and efficiently carried out MRIs

The whole process was seamless:
-on tme
-competent, friendly staff whom explained the process well

The team at Oryon Imaging were so friendly but also professional. My radiologist Omar, was quietly reassuring and gentle. He asked me to pick my own music to distract from the noise of the scanner. His assistant and the receptionist were equally kind. The Clinic was clean, warm and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The radiographers were very helpful, and talked me through the process of the scan while it was taking place. The design of the scanner meant that they could be seen while the scan was taking place, which was also reassuring.

Unfortunately kept waiting for my scan with no apology or explanation even though it was a Saturday afternoon and not busy

From the initial call to arrange a convenient date, my welcome on arrival to the enormous kindness from Mohammed and Omar in the scan room with my request for Motown and confirmation I was going in feet first…every single person I encountered put me at ease and were so professional and calm I cannot recommend the fabulous Oryon Imaging highly enough. Oryon , Wimpole street are AMAZING, they fitted me in for a 9pm sat night MRI Scan as i had had a booked by consutant MRI Cancelled at midday on sat as that MRI broke. I wanted an MRI of my cervical spine for the prebooked review on Monday with my consultant.
Very unlike Oryon , they were slightly delayed as they were so busy. The front desk staff were incerdibly polite and informative about the delays - and stayed late to get me seen. AMAZING

First class service from check-in (on an iPad, with all your previous info visible) pleasant front desk personnel, no waiting for my scan, technician very nice as well. Clean, comfortable, well-run place. Recommended.

The doctor was very friendly and thorough answering my questions with detail and reassurance . Reception staff were also very welcoming.
