Having completed an online contact form and received an automated response stating that they would contact me shortly - no response received. Telephoned their office, whereby someone very cagely answered the phone for me to only be told that the solicitor was busy and could not take on any more enquiries. We were told our sponsorship license was straight forward following several emails Ms Yee Han does not follow through what she says on the phone. Service has been slow and complicated throughout. Seems this firm is taking on case loads that they can no longer handle.. stay clear.
