Second purchase just as efficient

Looks amazing and keeps our pets safe!
We absolutely love the oscillating rollers. I’ve had netting before to keep my cats in my yard and hated it, cobwebs forming, debris getting caught in it.. The rollers blend into the fence and is barely noticeable. Very easy process with ordering. Arrived quickly and a family member installed them. Definitely would recommend. I went will the aluminium ones.

As per our records, your order was placed on 18 January and was processed and dispatched from our warehouse on 20 January, following the weekend. Delivery to Victoria typically takes around 4–6 business days, though occasional courier delays can sometimes occur.

Die Produkte von Oscillot sind innovativ und funktionieren bei uns seit ihrer Installation vor über drei Jahren bestens. Die Paddles ergänzen sich optisch gut und dezent mit dem bestehenden Zaun. Ich empfehle sie weiter. Schade, dass die Produkte in der Schweiz nicht bekannt sind.

Well designed. Easy to install.
All the pieces of the kit we received were perfectly matched. This made installation relatively easy.
We wanted to protect two walls, each requiring four paddles. Two paddles had to be cut to fit, but it proved to be effortless. Installing for the two walls took two of us three to four hours. So far my two cats are intimidated; neither has dared try to jump the either of the walls since we put the paddles up.

We’re extremely happy with the Oscillot…
We’re extremely happy with the Oscillot cat-proof fence spinning posts. They’re the perfect solution if you want something effective without the visual clutter of netting — they blend seamlessly with our existing fence and are barely noticeable. Installation was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent; they helped us choose the correct products based on our fence length. Most importantly, they work: our cat Pablo tried to jump up once, couldn’t get any grip due to the design, and hasn’t attempted it again since. Highly recommend for a neat, effective cat-proofing solution.

I paid you for installation, but you weren't able to schedule installers through taskrabbit. I have no idea how to get my money back from you and I still have to find someone to actually do the installation.

Was pretty confusing website
Was pretty confusing website. It asks you to calculate your fence length then you can only buy in 5m increments anyway so what's the point? Plus it defaults to aluminium when I was after plastic. Had to email the manager personally, was a real muck about in the end

UK Customers - beware of Import Costs
When you are ordering from a .uk website, you don't expect to be faced with import taxes because the product is manufactured in Poland! Refusing the goods would have put me out of pocket by approximately £200. Although these charges are shown in the small print, I think potential customers should be made more aware of this during checkout with either a warning flashing up when delivery address is input, or should be included in the cost for UK and Swiss customers. I was less than happy to face a £170+ additional bill prior to delivery.

The cats are staying home. AND, should they get out they can climb back in. Took a little work because it is on top of a not level brick wall. Don't center devise! Make sure it is closest to "inside" wall.

To clarify, if you order from within the EU, there are no additional import duties beyond what is shown at checkout - all applicable charges are included in the final delivery price. However, orders shipped to the UK, Switzerland, or any other country outside the EU are subject to additional taxes and duties, which are set by local authorities and charged separately.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer phone support due to the high volume of inquiries. We also operate across different time zones, which makes real-time responses difficult. That said, we are always happy to assist via email and do our best to reply as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
When you placed your order we were experiencing higher-than-usual demand over the past few months, which led to temporary production delays. Under normal circumstances, all orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, and we always aim to keep customers informed if timelines are affected.

Shipping and tax costs too expensive
I bought the smallest kit (2 x 1,20 m). Despite this, the company is charging €40 for shipping and €25 in taxes. All together, that's far too expensive.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please note that shipping costs are calculated by the courier based on parcel size, weight and destination. It also includes an additional handling surcharge applied to parcels measuring 1.2 metres or more in length. As our rollers are 1.2 m long, this surcharge applies even for the smallest kits.
As for taxes, we ship products from Poland, and EU regulations require us to charge VAT on all orders within the EU for individual customers. The VAT amount is therefore mandatory and collected at checkout in accordance with EU tax law.

After some test and learn our little "ninja" is now properly contained. A great investment if you want to prevent your cats from leaving your property!
