Osgood Schlatters Reviews 

My son started experiencing Osgood Schlatters in June before his freshman year of high school. He was to play his first season of high school soccer, but he was having so much pain. We found this program after I searched for answers and anything to help ease his pain. It seemed very comprehensive, so we gave it a shot. It was not easy because there is definitely some pain with foam rolling, and getting a 14 year old kid to be consistent took effort. But, I'm so glad we found this program and followed through because his pain diminished greatly in about 2 weeks and was pain free in about 9 weeks (he continued for a couple extra weeks). Trust and follow through!

My son 12 year old had horrible pain (rated 10), couldn't walk, July of 2020. US doctors recommend rest & Advil with minor physical therapy (once every 10 days). I couldn't accept that, found Core Advantage, he tried it as we had nothing to lose. By week 3 he was at pain level of 3. By the end of the program he had no pain and now coming up on two years - pain free. Playing multiple sports (soccer, track, lacrosse). He made regionals in soccer and an elite team traveling to England this summer. This program is worth every penny and more!!!

I followed the program 2 years ago and it seems to have worked for me. I recommend it.

I could not hike any more downhill, only uphill. After this program I am hiking again also downhill. I can do again hikes of 1500 meters elevation gain. I do then carefully wearing a knee brace sometimes just in case, using trekking poles of course, and also if I feel sone discomfort I use cold water afterwards.

I now follow this program more or less every summer.

My daughter got Schlatter one year ago (11 years old at that time). We did the whole program which made her able to train again during the program. After that we have continued to do the glute and static/iso quad excercises twice a week for a year and she is totally pain free. She can even train hurdle now which was the most painful. I have also incorporated the static/iso quad excercise with many of my fencing athletes with great result but of course I recommend them in the first place to meet a physio or get this whole program.

Bought the program for my Daughter because she just couldn’t get rid of the pain. We waited until after XC season last year to get started (wish we would have done it sooner) and she did the entire program. By the start of Track season, no pain. She has continued the program diligently and has remained pain free. She has improved her times in the process also. An added bonus, the strength has helped her in general and she has made several comments her legs don’t get tired as easily.

It changed my boys life. After 2 years of struggle and pain, this was showed him the light at the end of the tunnel and delivered. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This program works! We were told that the pain will be there till he grows out of it when diagnosed. He toughed it out and struggled through his winter sports. I researched options, purchased this program and followed it exactly. Every detail and expectation were described in the videos. He is now pain free, has more flexibility and his legs, quads and glutes are stronger. Thank for creating this easy to follow and effective program. A 13 year old has had his smile restored while doing what he loves to do.

I watched my son struggle for years with pain in sports. His heart was in it and he gave it his all every time, but he just couldn't perform how he wanted because of the pain that he had in his knees. He himself out of frustration found this program online during summer break, and came to me and asked if he could get it. We purchased the program and he went through the program faithfully. It wasn't long before he and I both knew that this was going to work. Within a short while he started seeing relief from doing things he couldn't do very much before because of the pain. It was the best purchase I have made for him hands down. Plus what great knowledge we have now to help others. He participates normally now, with no pain. He does still have to maintain. When he starts to feel it a bit, he just does the maintenance that he needs to, and he stays pain free. Thank you so much for this program. It was a life saver.

The program was very easy to follow. My son did not in buy at first. I had to stay on him to put in the time each day. He is grateful now. After suffering for 2.5 years, my son is finally pain free thanks to the program! Thank you!

It was such a relief to find this amazing program. It took us a little longer than 7 weeks to complete as we repeated a few weeks due to the severity of pain... I would highly recommend this program. Thank you so much for developing it.

I'm sorry but this program didn't help a thing I finished the program it wasn't gone so I kept going with the program for a few weeks later and I just didn't see any progress so then I stopped doing it.

The osgood schlatter recovery program is amazing! My son did it and his knee isn’t painful anymore! He plays football with confidence like he did before osgood happened! I’m so happy I found this program and I can’t thank enough to the people who made it with such amazing results.

This program worked for our 12 year old hockey player. All pain was gone within 2-4 weeks. He resumed all on-ice and off ice activities with no set backs for a 60 plus game season. Foam rolling and quad/hamstring stretches have now become a 2x/day normal part of his training routine. His flexibility has greatly improved and a healthy daily routine has been established. The Orthopedic specialist we went to said all we could do is rest and if pain came back to stop playing. Simply put, we are glad we ignored his advise, did our own research, and gave this program a try.

My sons pain went away in les then 3 months. Before hè was in severe pain, swollen kneed and all.

The program helped his Osgood Schlatters a little. We seeked a top running physio as there were other factors at work too. With the combination of both the program and Physio, after about two and a half months he was back running and pain free.

My son developed Osgood Schlatters in 2020 at age 12. The Core Advantage program was the best thing we did to treat, manage and subsequently resolve his signs and symptoms. Tried this after the doctor said "Just rest." Rested for 2 years and still had pain. Followed this plan diligently; pain free in few months. Had to work on muscle imbalances after all that time limping, but now back to running. Thank you for a real solution!

My 14 yr old was in so much pain his orthopedic doc wanted to immobilize his leg !! I am so thankful we found this program. Within a few weeks he had relief from pain. Almost a year later he continues to maintenance roll and continues to have zero pain. So thankful !!!!
