No Access to Test
We had several people take the forklift test with no problem. But there are a couple tests dangling out there that we cannot access. So far no one has responded to my inquiry as to what we can do.

The course was thorough and accurate
The course was thorough and accurate. The were differences between the layout of the course study guide and order of presentations. More real world photos and videos would be helpful particularly when describing equipment or situations. At times the audio would cut out. Quizzes were extremely helpful I preparation for the final exam.

I was hoping to use this platform for…
I was hoping to use this platform for my students as a more affordable alternative to the online training platforms I currently use. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
I found the platform very difficult to navigate. It was not clear where to click to move to the next section, and there was no obvious "Next" button or navigation menu. I spent approximately one hour trying to figure out how to continue through the course, searching throughout the screen for the correct buttons, but I could not find them. The navigation was not intuitive and required too much guessing.
Compared to other learning platforms I currently use with my students, this one was much more complex and frustrating to navigate. Because of this experience, I decided not to continue with the course.
As someone who coordinates online training for students, ease of use is extremely important. Many of my students are first-time online learners, and if I had difficulty navigating the course, I believe they would struggle even more.
Although I was looking for a more affordable option, I would rather continue paying for the platforms I currently use because they are much more user-friendly and allow students to focus on learning instead of trying to figure out how to navigate the course.
