Had problems with the multi travel charger in that it was slow and the devices seemed to get hotter than normal compared to my other corded and cordless chargers. So returned for refund. Initially the process was very slow and difficult to get completed but in the end was resolved without fuss or quibble and all my expectations were eventually met. Problems do arise, but how businesses deal with them is a mark of good customer service!

Avoid. Ordered a phone case, it was faulty. Got sent a replacement, which I started using after about 5 months from receiving it, for the back to peel off.
I’ve been offered another replacement, but not a refund. Left a 1 star review on the website which wasn’t published.
Other reviews are correct, low quality goods available on Amazon/Temu for a fraction of the price. Feel like I’ve been duped.

Very pleased with the new straps, reinvented my watch at a good price. Recommended to me by my son and well worth it, will definitely be ordering some in the future. Excellent efficient and prompt service too!

Good overall customers service.

Ordered an Alpine loop strap for my Apple Watch Ultra 2 from this company because I refuse to pay £100 for an official Apple one. The strap arrived less than 2 days after I ordered it, and it looks and feels the exact same as the official Apple one and it was only £35. So happy with it. Also there was a little note and a chocolate inside the box 😅. Amazing company and amazing quality products. 10/10

I can only speak of my brief experience which is that I think that my various Ospeka straps are designed and constructed with quality materials along with excellent styling offering comfort of wear and which all makes them pleasure to wear.

I ordered my new case and screen protector for my brand new iPhone in plenty of time to take on holiday however it took 9 days from order to delivery unfortunately I couldn’t take my new phone on holiday when I emailed to chase as I hadn’t heard anything and no case was turning up, this is the response I received

I've checked this with the team and it seems that the screen protector was on pre order. Usually customers get notified automatically but I can't see this happened in your case and I do apologise for that. I will notify the tech team so they are aware and can look into it.

Good overall. Bought two of the same alpine straps and they are completely different lengths - still worth the saving compared to Apple strap costs though!

Quick response when ordered was placed fast delivery.

Item was really nice, the packaging was and trimmings was epic. If you want to buy a nice, well presented gift this will do nicely!

Great product

Ordered 3 in 1 charger and PSU, the PSU was dead on arrival and sent back for exchange, confirmation they had received it on 1st, 11 days on and still no replacement or comms.

Also the 3 in 1 charger has weedy magnets so cannot hold the phone horizontally for long without sliding downward, ok if vertical.

The company is probably great for straps but I'm suspecting they're reselling cheap Chinese stuff with wavering fail rates which is why the reviews are up and down, probably a one person (or couple) band.

I've been patience, if the pace improves the review will up a bit, but I exercise caution spending on some items.
