Good choice, quick shipping, quality items

The straps that I got are as good as the Trail loop. Very good quality

Giving 4 starts because my order came missing one item at first which was immediately sorted. So far both the strap and the charger I bought are working well and I’ll be ordering more straps. Really good value for money!

Efficient and friendly service, replacement case under warranty sent out quibble free and arrived in days!

Bought a MagSafe case for my IPhone. Right hand button would not depress. They sent another. Same problem. Agreed to return. The label they sent rejected by Royal Mail. Travel time, fuel to main sorting office. Paid over £4 to return. Emails and web forms now still remain unanswered. They say they are a small family run company. Need to do so much better with new products, returns & customer service. A small Dime bar in the box is the only compensation I have had so far. Wish me luck with my refund!

I have had a nightmare with this website I purchased a strap for my Apple Watch & at first the strap was ok but after a few weeks the strap was faulty so contacted them & it took over 2weeks for a reply!! When they did reply they offered to send me another strap which again is doing the same thing so I contacted them again to ask to try another kind of strap but surprise surprise it took nearly 3 weeks for a reply & when they did reply they said that’s fine to try another strap & to be fair they offered me a free strap as a good will gesture but the strap I received was of really poor quality, I did write 2 reviews about the straps but they never put them up for anyone to see?????? SoI have now asked for a refund so hopefully I will receive the refund this year 🤞

The website is really good, great products on sale, fast delivery, and well packaged. However, their aftersales customer service is not great, they take a long time to reply to emails and to process refunds. This is an observation and hopefully over time it gets better!

Quality is so good, nobody can tell its not genuine. Loved it

I’ve ignored the persistent requests for a review for a while, as I’ve never understood how anyone can provide useful feedback without having properly used the item for a period of time. It’s been a few weeks now and I’m happy to report that my straps have been excellent. The trail loop has seen most use and has worked perfectly. The Velcro is 100% secure, without the hooks tearing up the loop fabric every time you take the watch off. It looks, feels and performs like a high quality product.

Avoid - bought their “fast” 3-in-1 charger but it didn’t come with a plug and charges intermittently. So much so that it wakes us up at night. They sent a replacement (after I had to hound them, they “forgot” to place the order) and the replacement does exactly the same thing. Fancy marketing masking really poor products. It was not cheap

I ordered two strap for my apple ultra watch and was very pleased with the service and the cost match the quality. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering with another company to which was not a great experience so I have just completed a second order today for two more new straps with the trusted Ospeka.

Service from the company was very good- quick delivery, well packaged, personalised note. The case itself fits well and looked as advertised. It's a fairly simple design, with no multi-layer shock absorbency/lining/magsafe etc. My main issue is that only a couple of weeks later I saw exactly the same case (not similar, literally the same case) on the Chinese shopping apps (Wish, Temu etc) for only £1.28. Considering this is being sold at £25, this is a ridiculously high markup. All Ospeka add is a little cardboard box with a stamp on the outside. The case itself is entirely generic. So, if you want quick delivery and happy to pay way over the odds, I can recommend Ospeka. However if you want good value and happy to wait a week or two, there is much better value to be found. Ospeka are essentially a reseller rather than a manufacturer or designer.

Delivery speed pretty good, quality of goods has been good from the 3 orders I’ve made so far. No complaints!

Updated review. Initial order process, delivery, and packaging excellent but a return/refund request was unanswered. In fairness to ospekastraps.com I now have revised my previous review as customer service have now reached out with an apology for delay and are arranging return / refund.

AVOID. Ordered a product that was £25 but could have been bought for £3. Returned the item, was told over a week later that they had received the item and would refund me in the next 2 days. Over a week later and after me sending 6 emails, I have heard nothing back and received no refund. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank just to get a refund.

Basic low quality product that can be bought anywhere for £10. Sold on a fancy website and sent in bespoke packaging.
Total rip off

A quality product with quality service. Shopped around a bit for an iPhone case. When received I was pleased I did. High quality case, feels good, not too ‘fat’ when added to the phone and looks good (green with orange buttons)!
A nice touch with the personal sticky note on my order recognising it was my first. Packaging was good too and received in a couple of days.
