Great product, great price and great service. Why would you buy from Apple!?

Purchased from this online retailer following good reviews. Strap came, tried it round my wrist too big. I Requested a return immediately. Sent back and been told the strap is faulty and they won’t issue a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I’ve basically been accused of sending a faulty item back when the item could have actually been sent faulty! I had no reason to fault this item as I was in my returns policy rights, I hadn’t worn the item. So annoyed, extremely bad customer service, would NOT recommend. Im now left £33 out of pocket. BEWARE!

I bought the charging dock for my new iPhone 14. I had one minor contretemps but that was my fault – the lead and fast-charging plug I bought for it didn’t fit into the USB slot. But a local mobile shop soon sorted me out. One concern I had was whether the extremely protective case on my iPhone might impede the charging. I need not have worried – the charging worked fine.
The Ospeka service has been exemplary throughout and, as far as I can see so far (used four times), the charger is superb. It sits unobtrusively on a corner of my desk and looks stylish. Would definitely recommend

Lovely watch strap - got the silicon band and it’s just like Apple but so much better value for money! The note, discount code and chocolate in the package were such a lovely touch. Great customer experience. My order arrived quickly with a handwritten note and thoughtful free sweet treat. The product itself is phenomenal - a strap/band indistinguishable from the Apple original - but one third of the price. That still isn’t cheap, but the item is quality and they are not exploiting Apple owners.

Great quality strap at a fraction of the cost of an Apple Original. Communication was great and when I received the product it contained a hand written note and a miniature daim bar. You can tell that this is a small company which cares about it’s customers and it’s reputation. Would highly recommend.

I can’t fault this company. I ordered a charging dock for my daughter for Christmas and unfortunately it was faulty.I contacted them in the New Year and there was no quibble with them exchanging it.Contact with them via email was extremely quick. I even had a reply to one on a Sunday morning and hadn’t sent it til late Saturday evening. The exchange charger arrive in a few days .They are so polite and patient. It’s a pleasure to deal with a company that cares about it’s customer service.Well done.

Really pleased with this purchase. The unit is sleek, smart and just needs plugging into a USB. Dead simple.
