Ditto everything Catherine writes about Osprey. In my opinion I would not recommend using this company. They may say they pride themselves on excellent customer service but in all my years I have rarely met a company so poor at communication and so disorganised and I have lived in a number of countries including France.
It took 3 attempts over 6 months to install the majority of my lounge unit with the first attempt nothing like I had sent in a photo. The second attempt was completely crooked and eventually the third unit was installed less a requested door which took a further 5 months to receive. I lost count of the time I need to chase either by email or phone and I think 'I will call you back' must translate into Polish as 'fat chance there is no way I am calling you back'. Some of the examples of shocking customer service excluding the times I was told I was getting a call back include the 3rd installation attempt where I was told someone would call on Friday but as the day went by and no one turned despite my chasing to no avail. Finally at 7pm on Friday evening 2 people turned up and remained in the lounge until nearly 10pm whilst we tried to eat dinner and get our baby to bed. Another example includes the first time they visited to fit the incorrect unit I ended up carrying all 3 very heavy units some 50metres from car park to house as one of the looked like he was going to have a heartache and could not carry anything. A final example related to the delivery and fitting of a door. Over a 2 week period I was provided with 9 different delivery dates and times, moved things around even waited in on a couple of occasions only to chase to be told nobody would come. Finally now 10 months later we have a complete unit installed and the workmanship is a good quality but simply not worth the terrible client experience and hassle. I could write more around half finished units sitting in my lounge, wrong communications sent to me, incorrect shelf sizes etc etc but hopefully you get the idea of my experience. At the end of the day if you decide to use Osprey do so at your own risk but I would ask you carefully consider the feedback provided above and previously by Catherine.

If you want a well designed and fitted kitchen or built in wardrobes, would I recommend this company? Absolutely NOT.
My nightmare began just over 1 year ago when my partner asked Lukasz for a quote. He arranged to visit August Bank holiday. This was certainly a sign of things to come, as he didn't arrive anywhere near the time he had arranged, constantly delaying and making excuses.
When he did eventually turn up he took measurements and talked the talk. Unfortunately Lukasz doesn't actually listen to what you want, or take notes properly.
The kitchen plan was ok but the first design for bedroom furniture was nothing like we had requested, so it had to be amended.
We then decided to proceed. . .
The installation of the wardrobes should have been straightforward but have still not been completed satisfactorily The plinth on the main wardrobe being a completely different shade to the rest of the wardrobes. Lukasz promised to correct this back in March, but unfortunately his engineer must have lost his way, as this has still not been remedied.
It has also come to light that due to the bad planning, we are limited with our window dressings. We are now unable to fit a curtain rail or pole as it would restrict the opening of the wardrobes doors.
A chest of drawers was attached to our wardrobes. As we did not order or require these, we requested that they be removed. Lukasz insisted that we did order them, but if he had referred to the plan that we agreed to, he would have seen that it was wardrobes only. We now are left with unsightly drill holes in the end panel.
The kitchen installation also leaves a lot to be desired, with uneven worktops and windowsills, holes for door handles being drilled in the wrong place and then just filled with a white plastic plug. Unfinished edges on cupboard plinths. Random end panels being a different shade. Hinges missing. The list goes on.
And then there was the fitting. Instead of dedicating full days, they would turn up and do a couple of hours here and there, leaving the house in total chaos. On a couple of occasions they wanted to turn up at 5pm! Totally unacceptable and in turn causing a lot of upset in my home.
Should Lukasz dispute what I am saying, he is more than welcome to come and discuss it with me.
***UPDATE May 2023***
It has now become apparent that this 'Company' failed to fit my kitchen sink correctly, as it leaks around the edge. This has resulted in the cabinet base now being swollen and distorted from water.
I must admit, that when Lukasz first saw the sink I purchased he looked puzzled. This obviously was a sign of things to come. . . .

I have been so impressed with both the quality of the product and level of service received from Osprey Furniture. The vanity unit is a lovely design, both aesthetically pleasing and functional and will be a beautiful feature in the bathroom. Lucas and his team went above and beyond to assist with having an item resprayed (after I'd made a mistake with the colour choice!) and facilitated collection and return delivery, all for a fraction of the cost of having to order a new item. You can't ask for more than that!

I had 4 door fitted wardrobes designed and fitted by Osprey Furniture.
From start to finish it was a great service and I am extremely happy with the result. Good communication from Lucas and Henry was a very friendly and experienced fitter.
The quality of the wardrobes is fantastic and at a very good price!
I will definitely use Osprey again and would highly recommend them.

Great experience with Osprey. We Managed to scratch our unit during installation and Osprey have kindly agreed to send some paint for us to touch it up and replace the shelf. Looks great in situ.
