The delivery and collection of the old mattress went smoothly. The delivery team complying with all instructions.
When the mattress was put into use (after seventy two hours of expanding) it was found to as described, firm but comfy.

Good service , cover easy to fit

Delivered the wrong mattress initially, then only sent one guy to come collect, so I had to help him bring it down to the truck and ended up with an injury. The correct Original Hybrid mattress finally arrived the following week. I would say it's a little bit spongy on the top for my liking. Bought for our daughter to replace an old IKEA; she thinks it's a bit better than her old mattress.

We bought the Otty original hybrid mattress after doing a lot of research and reading the excellent review in The Guardian. We’d had our Emma hybrid mattress for 10 years and desperately needed a change.

I am so pleased with the new mattress - we’ve both had so much better sleep these past two weeks, it’s made such a difference. The delivery was so quick and seamless, and it didn’t take long to expand. I was worried it was a little firm at first, but it it absolutely perfect now. We both have back issues and little children climbing in to bed with us, and the Otty is truly a dream.

Easy ordering, information on the matress was very clear. Great delivery times and extremely pleased with the quality of the matress.

The OTTY pillow is amazing - I've had neck issues in the past but the OTTY is the perfect balance between firm and comfort. Great value for money too when you compare to other providers.

Awful delivery service. The courier company was meant to 'reach out' within 24 hours of order processing to arrange a delivery slot, but they never contacted me. It took 3 emails (each of which Otty did reply to) over the course of a week for them to escalate the issue, at which point I was confidently promised a delivery on a specific date. Since no delivery was made on that date (nor did the courier contact me) I cancelled my order, having completely lost confidence in this company. On requesting a refund Otty said they'd issue one when they'd had non-delivery confirmed by the courier. Three days later I emailed them again about the refund and they said the couriers had not been in touch but they issued the refund anyway (hurray). I'm not sure what is going on, but this apparent lack of communication between Otty and their courier service should be a massive red flag for anyone thinking of ordering from them.

The mattress so far has been very comfortable and the quality seems good. Time will tell if this endures. What looks like a good product was however let down by the chaotic delivery service which Otty entrust to another company. In turn it seems that company sub contracts to men in white vans who to be fair were very friendly, did not deliver the mattress after I’d taken a day off to be home. They turned up with just the mattress protector and no suggestion of how to get the problem sorted out. They couldn’t get through to the courier on their phone. I could not get through. When I contacted Otty customer service they were as helpful as they could be but were at the mercy of the courier who seemed to have lost the consignment. The mattress turned up in a bust open box 3 days later necessitating another day waiting in for the delivery. Another 3 days after that I received a text from the delivery company advising of a collection the next day (the old mattress had already been collected when the new one arrived. I could not get through to the company to advise them I had nothing to be collected. The delivery driver rang the next morning to say he’d be at the house soon and at this point I told him there was nothing to collect, he said it was on his schedule but I managed to persuade him not to go to the house - chaotic - I think Otty should listen to customers whose experience of what seems like a good product is marred by a poor delivery experience. I would not recommend Otty on this basis. I am trying to be constructive towards Otty. I asked Customer Service to feed back my comments internally and hopefully someone is listening.

Very comfortable to sleep on

The pillow initially felt comfortable, but after a couple of nights sleeping on it, each morning I had a pain in my neck. I left it a while, then tried it again. Same result, unfortunately. I then contacted customer relations, to get a refund. I was outside the trial period ( my fault, I did not read the restrictions carefully enough), so I was not able to send it back.

Good communications and an excellent product

I bought the OTTY Original Hybrid Mattress, but due to severe delays with my bed frame delivery, I was unable to test it properly and missed the strict 100-night trial.

My main issue is that the mattress is much softer than the advertised 7/10 firmness; it feels like a medium and has caused me significant back pain. Additionally, the edge support is incredibly weak, I constantly feel like I am rolling off the side of the bed.

Unfortunately, customer support refused to offer any solution or compromise whatsoever. Very disappointed with the lack of flexibility for a product that doesn't match its description.

Love it! First night with the new pillow felt a bit odd, but honestly been sleeping so well since. I’m a side sleeper and there has been no strain in my neck etc.

The mattress is comfortable and still firm but in the corners it is soft, so if you are someone like to sleeping at the edge of the bed, it is not for you. It is also slightly smaller in width and not very linear. Anyway I recommend it. Fast delivery and punctuality.

Products were no where near what they were 7/8 years ago yet far more expensive. Had to send a few emails to push for cash back but got it in end . Will take custom elsewhere hopefully find a better quality pillow .

Everything fine. Mattresses just as expected. For guest bedroom and just what we wanted.
