Great mattress, has improved my aching back.
Great delivery service.

I already have a mattress and love it but bought single toppers for guest bedroom and they are fantastic they take the bed to hotel standard giving a comfortable and relaxing sleep ❤️

Great company to deal with.

Original Hybrid super king was too soft for me in end up but their customer service was great and refunded me back in full.

When son needs a new double it will 100% be an Otty as he loved it.

Mattress is great. Feels like sleeping on a cloud. Delivery was a bit rocky. New mattress arrived promptly, on time and in the delivery slot I'd been given. But turned out old mattress removal is a separate service on a different day. Removal time slot came and went. Nothing. Two hours late, it turns out, van turned up. Contacting DX2 help was a nightmare -- by phone and online. Many many attempts, very long waits. Eventually rescheduled for several days later.

There is little to say; this is a simply superb product, my only regret that I have clearly spent the 75 years of my life - and no small amount of money - trying to sleep on sacks of pebbles... Thankyou, Otty, truly.

The pillow was well made and a good firmness, but after a couple of nights I found i was waking up with neck ache so I have stopped using it. So not a success for me I'm afraid.

Good quality mattress at a reasonable price

I ordered a pillow on the 19th of may with estimated delivery time of 2-5 days. I do live in Northern Ireland as know there can sometimes be delays compared to mainland uk however 15 days and I still have not received the order. Or been given any reasonable explanation or estimation of delivery date. I have sent multiple emails most of which have been responded to but with vague responses which offer no real resolution. I am disappointed as I planned to order more pillows and possibly a mattress if I liked the product. However this seems extremely unlikely based on my current experience and customer service.

Prompt delivery, easy to handle and unwrap. A warmer sleep that anticipated, not as cool as expected.

We read the reviews and order two pillows. We investigated all options and these appeared to be the best. Unfortunately my wife never used hers as my pillow gave her a rash in her arm and me a rash in my face. This was not ottys fault. However the returns process and poor customer service is. We emailed them and followed the process paying for our own returns which I felt was wrong but we wanted our money back so we.paid for next day DPD delivery. They were sent an email on the 19 may with all details of the tracking details. 12 days later when I asked for where the money for the return was I was told to send tracking details this shows they do not read emails or respond correctly. So we are out of pocket for two pillows £140 plus the £22 for shipping and they still refuse to return the money. At this present moment they are thieves and I would highly recommend never using this company. It's a joke.

The order process was simple and a well informed delivery. Mattress came vacuum packed in a box so easy to take to the room. Son says it’s very comfortable, quality mattress and I agree with him.

Great night's sleep from very first night although considerably firmer than our last mattress. The mattress is very comfortable and so supportive! Just wish we had bought years ago....would thoroughly recommend.

Since I’ve been sleeping on my potty mattress and using the Otty pillows my back is less painful! I absolutely love it

I have had the OTTY hybrid mattress for just over a week and so far so good. Very comfortable.
I bought the Original Ice mattress but have yet to experience my temperature drop ;-)
Also the top of the mattress is a bit slippery and so fitted sheet can move around a bit.
BUT am overall happy.

I guess we're not here to get into an ideological debate about the use of AI, but whoever responds to comments on your social media team really should think about how they come across, there really was no need to respond to people like that.
I'll delete most of the review because you're right, it has nothing to do with your product, but I'm definitely put off by the attitude.

The mattress is wonderful. Just firm enough to help my back which no longer aches. I am now getting 6 hours uninterrupted sleep per night.

I was really forward to trying this mattress but never received it. On two different occasions I was given a delivery day and 2hr time slot. On morning of both these days I had a text saying my mattress had not even reached the warehouse and delivery would need to be rearranged.
Once it's fair enough but not twice when you've already got rid of your current mattress based on delivery info supplied.
Customer services were good and I got full refund but looking at other reviews I'm not alone with this delivery issue and feel Otty need to review their choice of courier to avoid losing more business.

Great pillow. Came on time.
