I have to say the customer service has…
I have to say the customer service has been fantastic, I emailed with a request and there were no push backs or delays. Angie and Darren went above to make it happen. Both replied quickly and were extremely helpful. My son is over the moon with his new mattress and will certainly recommend to others.

Great purchase, speedy delivery!
Friendly and efficient staff on telephone . Straight forward ordering and payment system. Very prompt delivery.
Mattress and pillows perfect for us - so comfortable! We knew within a couple of nights we wouldn’t be returning them.
Only small niggle - there are no hand grips on side of mattress to help us turn it as recommended. We have the super-king size and in our late 70’s we’re not as strong as we were!

The booking and delivery was simple and straightforward. The delivery men were helpful and friendly. However, it definitely needs a mattress pad otherwise you can feel the stitches bumps in the mattress.

Ok bed frame ok had all the parts and assembled it ourselves but the delivery team dx knocked a picture of the wall left without explaining and trying to resolve this with their customer services been farcical Otty don't seem to want to get involved

Disappointed
I am disappointed by the new mattress. I have painful bursitis in my hips which wakes me up in the early hours almost every night. I had hoped that the new mattress would help but it has made little difference.

Should've received mattress within 2-4…
Should've received mattress within 2-4 working days. Ordered over a week ago and still not received. They gout our address wrong. We are without a mattress and they refuse to offer any compensation, would not recommend.

We’re sorry to hear the delivery was not as expected. Our standard delivery service is to the front door only. A room-of-choice delivery service is available as an optional paid upgrade at checkout, but this was not selected for your order.
As this service was not chosen or paid for, the courier was only required to deliver the mattress to the front door.

Comfortable mattress
I ordered two mattresses from Otty but needed to return one. The return process was exactly as Otty said it would be.
The mattress itself is medium firm and what was required, very supportive and comfortable for the neck and back resulting in reduced body stress.
The reason for one star less was due to issues with the delivery company partnering Otty. For whatever reason they seemed to lack full order details and it took three appointments to get it right. Not great, but Otty customer services managed to sort this out at the end and very supportive.

The mattress is incredibly comfortable
The mattress is incredibly comfortable, soft and supportive, without losing any firmness, which I find essential. After following instructions, the mattress fully expanded after the said 48 hours, and is providing all that we would require of a mattress.
