Sadly too firm for me
Sadly too firm for me. As a side sleeper I can't find a comfortable position and wake with a sore back. It has very little give in it.
On the upside it seems to be well made, it's certainly very heavy in EU king size. Delivery was fine.
I requested a return and Otty have offered a 45% refund to keep it. This is tempting but I don't think my back can take it.

Happy with this purchase
The mattress was dispatched and delivered promptly and the delivery men were great and took the mattress upstairs and into the bedroom. They also took away the old mattress. As advised, I left the mattress to air for a week before using it but it continued to smell for a few weeks. It is very comfortable and I am glad I bought it.

Excellent product and company
Everything about this experience was great. We're really enjoying the mattress - it's early days but seems to be as good as the reviews suggest! And everything else about OTTY was really impressive - speedy delivery, excellent customer service on the one call we made to clarify a minor issue, and easy to access recommendations and suggestions for mattress care. Really impressed.

Best mattress I've used
It was good, and the mattress is the best I've ever had. I'd say the weakest part was the delivery — and only because the order process implies it'll happen sooner. Once it was handed off to the courier, the earliest dates they had were a few weeks away. But that's more down to the courier than OTTY.

I brought my double mattress in February, it is comfortable but it's sagging in the middle, so disappointed, I've turned it every month and even slept on the left and right side to see if this would sort but hasn't!

AVOID this company 10 year warranty is a SCAM
They will do anything to delay, avoid, manipulate or exchange fault mattresses via their 10 year guarantee - AVOID this company!! Much better companies and beds for the prince you pay OTTY

I am in shock for the price i paid for…
I am in shock for the price i paid for their Ottoman double bed frame to find out its some cheap nasty thing and the mattress does not fit well with the bed frame and has big gaps around it, shocking Otty and a rip off. Will not be buying from them ever again and do not waste your money.
To add more to it it took 2 weeks before i had all the right stuff to build the bed as Otty delivery company lost some parts so was left sleeping on the floor.
