Very happy with my Otty classic…
Very happy with my Otty classic king-size mattress.
After 10 years of poor sleep on an expensive, firm, back support memory foam mattress it is great to sleep on a much cooler mattress.
My wife is very happy and sleeps well. I have yet to experience the transformation from poor to really good sleep but I am sleeping better and find the Otty reasonably firm and very comfortable.
I know there are both cheaper and more expensive alternatives. My 4* rating reflects the fact that I am not a mattress expert but I am very pleased with my purchase.
I opted for delivery to a specific room and removal/recycling of the old mattress. Very pleased with this service. Cheaper than getting the council to remove the old mattress

20mm body impressions not covered by warranty
Will have to give to 2start, after having the mattress for 5 years I cannot use it anymore, I started to notice that there is 2 areas of the mattress that are lower than the rest, exactly where we sleep, I am on the heavy side (about 100kg) but my wife is way lighter then me, 65kg and both of our sides are now unusable, we are both getting constant back pains because of that... I contacted Otty support and their reply is that
" the permitted indentation tolerance for a mattress delivered between 36 and 60 months ago is 45 mm"
Since mine is 20mm from their measurements from the photo, there is no warranty for that.
10 years warranty, 5 years mattress and I will have to buy a new one

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear that your mattress is no longer providing the comfort it once did.
After carefully reviewing the photographs and measurements you supplied, the body impression measures approximately 20 mm. Under the terms of our 10-year guarantee, the permitted tolerance for a mattress delivered between 36 and 60 months ago is 45 mm. As the indentation is well within this tolerance, it is considered normal settlement rather than a manufacturing defect.
Our guarantee covers manufacturing faults such as excessive indentations beyond the stated tolerance, spring malfunctions and manufacturing defects. It does not cover the normal softening and settlement of the comfort layers that naturally occurs through regular use over time.
We appreciate that a change in comfort can be disappointing, particularly after five years of use. However, based on the evidence provided, we were unable to identify a fault that would qualify for a replacement under the terms of our guarantee.

Great mattress, very happy with it!
Really happy with my Otty mattress. It’s firm enough to give good support but still very comfortable. The packaging was complete, clean and well protected, and the mattress was much thicker than I expected.
Overall, it’s really comfortable and feels like great quality. Very happy with my purchase!

Best mattress I’ve ever had! I’m having solid sleep instead of tossing and turning all night. I have back issues and I’m waking up with no pain or stiffness. I look forward to going to bed each night !

We have bought 4 aura mattress’s very happy with how firm they are for us as adults but also our kids are very happy with. They sleep on them since they were 9 and 6. We have bought the first one 4 years ago and shape has not changed. For our family was a perfect match. Pricey but with zero interest free payment we bought one by one in time. Also customer service was excellent as first mattress we have purchased was the hybrid one and was not suitable for us. They happy managed a replacement with aura matress and a refund of the difference with no problems.

Everything about the product is great
Everything about the product is great - couldn't be more delighted! However, one star deducted for choosing to use DX for delivery. I think the reputation of OTTY could be damaged by using a delivery service that leaves a lot to be desired.

Otty would not honour the guarantee…
Otty would not honour the guarantee when a split developed in the mattress when my wife was pregnant. Very poor for them... Would opt for a mattress in future with a better guarantee or company with more compassionate customer service.

To ensure long-term durability, our guarantee terms require mattresses to be rotated regularly as outlined in our care instructions. Because your mattress had only been rotated a couple of times over seven years, the resulting damage unfortunately fell outside our warranty guidelines.
