Lovely mattress topper for OTTY original mattress
Lovely mattress topper that goes on the OTTY original hybrid mattress which I bought about three months ago and just makes it a little less firm, so absolutely perfect- I sleep so well now, even in this mad UK heatwave! OTTY now using DHL so no delivery drama, which is a very good thing indeed. Many thanks!

OTTY Pure Hybrid Bamboo Mattress with Charcoal.
Bought the OTTY Pure Hybrid Bamboo Mattress with Charcoal. Delivery was smooth and to schedule. Driver called me a hour before arrival.
So far the mattress is fantastic, very comfortable and has a quality feel about it. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this mattress.

I purchased the OTTY Aura Hybrid Mattress in January & can confirm it is like sleeping on a cloud!! Honestly the best mattress I’ve had. So if you’re unsure what mattress brand to get, this is your sign to get this one!! I was unsure myself & so happy I went with Otty- so comfortable!

I bought a new mattress and a pillow a couple of months ago, and the delivery/collection experience was pretty much faultless. It did take a little while (maybe two weeks) for me to get used to the new feel, but once I did, I never looked back. The pillow was far superior to one I'd bought from John Lewis for a lot more money, and the mattress was unbelievable.
Even now, I can't believe how comfortable the mattress is and how suited to my body. Top marks to Otty!

Went up well but missing two parts but these were couriered out.

Delivery was rearranged on the day twice, in the end I had to cancel my order as I couldn’t keep waiting at home all day for delivery’s that didn’t show up. Otty customer service was good but overall very disappointing

Don't get deceived by the initial look
Matress came wrapped in a vacume like bag in a small box. Don't get deceived by the initial look.
I wanted a medium firm bed but soft enough to feel comfortable in and it does just that.
Doesn't feel sweaty at all sleeping in it in these hot weather months. I'm glad I made this purchase.

Excellent all round
I looked at industry reviews and learnt that Otty was as good as a highly rated brand at half the price. The buying process was easy, well informed and quick. Customer service, if needed, is excellent. The best bit? My lower back pain has cleared up within days!

Unsure how you can rate a mattress…
Unsure how you can rate a mattress after a few weeks. So far it seems ok. Comparing it to my old mates it’s a lot cheaper in the material. The handles to manoeuvre it are defiantly cheap and feels like it would tear. So I would advise not using this. We shouldn’t have to compromise on quality.

Thank you for your review.
The handles are designed to help position the mattress and should not rip off under normal use. After selling tens of thousands of Original Hybrid mattresses, this is the first complaint we have received in relation to this.
The only change made to the Original last year was an updated cover. The internal specification has remained the same for over 8 years.
That said, if you are not happy with the mattress, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within your trial period.

Definitely 5-star!
The delivery process was very smooth and easy.
Old mattress removed.
The Otty Hybrid is more firm than our old mattress,
so we immediately noticed a difference. Both sleeping better. We don't disturb each other's sleep if we change position. Getting out of bed in the morning I feel somehow straightened up. No aches. Excellent!
