Faulty 3.0
Purchased the headset for my giro helmet and they arrived faulty but after a few days seem to be acting better so took them to Austria but they were still faulty.
The company do not advertise the 30 warranty in the UK and they have taken every option to duct responsiblty on the issue even though the fault existed at manufacturer so they should not have passed QC.
I always judge a company by how the react to issue over getting a faulty product and I would describe them as unethical with how they have ducted responsibility and a scam as you paid them money and get nothing.
Please stay clear of this company
