I’m always wary or websites offering…
I’m always wary or websites offering big discounts on premium brands especially when they are the only ones doing so on the internet shopping sites but I took the plunge with Out of the City and ordered a ladies waterproof coat for my wife saving £90 from every other online shop selling the same item.
The coat was ordered on the Saturday delivered on the Tuesday, wasn’t sure of the fit so ordered a size up and again took three days to be delivered. Sent that one back on a Friday after my wife decided the first one fitted best and got a full refund by the following Tuesday.
Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.
Top marks for customer service
