Great service and product!
I bought my jacket, cheaper than with any other company and no delivery charge which was great. It also came complete with a wooden hanger. I am very pleased with the product and service this company gave and would recommend them!

I ordered an item. You gave 15% off which I was delighted with. This discount was ruined when you added 20% VAT on top.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d be happy to look into this for you, as our prices shown online include VAT, so VAT should not have been added separately.
Could you please email us at info@outofthecity.co.uk with your name and order number so we can investigate this further and make sure we’re looking at the correct order? It’s possible this review may relate to a different purchase or retailer, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for you.

Excellent service, don't be put off!
Excellent service, great price, 24 hour tracked Royal mail delivery as standard and high product quality, absolutely as expected. I did have a slight panic after ordering as I noticed review scores were extremely high; company name comes up as dissolved on Companies House but trades under a different name; website is monochrome and simple; vague delivery method details; strange wording of confirmation e-mail; vague returns details; misspelling on sponsored entry on Google. BUT my fears were unfounded and they keep costs and frivolities down, hence VERY competitive pricing and FAST delivery!

I really loved the Crew Clothing dress…
I really loved the Crew Clothing dress and sad it had sold out in many places and then my daughter came upon the Outofthecity web site and there was THE dress. I was so happy. I found ordering, delivery etc. first class and I would certainly use them again. Until the search for the dress I had never heard of them, but I am so pleased my daughter did her research as I really do love the dress. I am a huge fan of crew clothing, their dresses in particular.

Great service …
I had been searching for a specific Joules raincoat for a while without success as it had gone into the sale but only had availability in larger sizes. Imagine my excitement at finding exactly what I had been searching for from Out of the City, a company I hadn’t heard of. The coat was in their sale too so I quickly ordered the coat keeping my fingers crossed that nothing would go wrong. I need not have worried, the jacket arrived within a couple of days and I was kept informed of its status. Really great experience and I would definitely order from them again. Thank you.
