5* EXPERIENCE ‘ OUT OF THE CITY ‘
MY FIRST ORDER WITH ‘ OUT OF THE CITY ‘ MAINLY DUE TO A GENUINE SALE ON SEVERAL COUNTRY LABELS AT COMPETITIVE PRICES. THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EXEMPLARY, MY JACKET WAS DISPATCHED IMMEDIATELY USING A 24 HOUR TRACKED SERVICE, ARRIVING THE NEXT DAY. I RETURNED THE JACKET ( TOO LARGE ) MY REFUND WAS ISSUED THE SAME DAY MY ITEM ARRIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE. MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS 5* I WILL DEFINITELY VISIT THE WEBSITE FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.

GOING BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.
HAVING CHOSEN A DELIGHTFUL BLAZER FOR MY AUNT WHO LIVES IN GERMANY.
ORDERING AND RECEIVING WAS EXCELLENT SERVICE.
SADLY MY AUNT PASSED AWAY ON 8TH APRIL, NOT HAVING SEEN HER BLAZER.
AS IT WAS A SMALL SIZE I REQUESTED FOR IT TO BE RETURNED IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE EXTREMELY SYMPATHETIC AND RESPONDED WITH "CERTAINLY".
MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED AND RECEIVED AS PROMISED. I CERTAINLY WOULD ORDER AND USE OUT OF THE CITY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO EVERYONE.EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH SOME BEAUTIFUL ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM.

Thank you for your kind words about the price and delivery - we really appreciate your recommendation!
We’re sorry to hear the item didn’t arrive in the usual Barbour packaging. Occasionally, the original Barbour bags can become damaged or as a result of a previous return, so we sometimes need to re-bag items to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see you again soon.

Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a Joules jacket which arrived promptly but unfortunately didn't fit. The returns process was simple, I was able to arrange for Royal Mail to collect the next day, they supplied the label and a refund was issued as soon as they received it back. Prices were highly competitive and they offer a good selection of quality clothing. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again
