This was my first time using Outsource. I was quite surprised how easy it was to use. I will use them again.

I received quotes immediately and once I made my choice he resolved my problems quickly and kept me informed throughout. I would certainly refer Outsource and will use it again,

The service is great. I felt that the platform was a little slow. I had about 15-20 responses to a job I posted and I found it hard to move back and forth, between people. There has to be a way to filter down choices as you are choosing a person to work with.

Also, I closed a job Friday, and I am still receiving offers for the closed job.

My experience was very good. The only thing I've experienced that I would change is this. My first try to hire was met with a person who gave lots of excuses and didn't do the work. I didn't lose anything, just time. The second person I did hire did a great job! The person I had to hire did wait for my payment because I missed the tab to release payment and didn't understand how it worked. Other than that I will use outsource again and would recommend it

The artist responded quickly and his work was excellent. He's very nice and I would recommend him heartily.

When I heard of Outsource I thought it was a clever idea, I signed up to check them out and I got hired the same day. Their page is user friendly, has lots of daily job post and their helpful staff are always available to answer any questions and guide you. Outsource is the perfect way for me to make extra income every week, taking on the jobs I want and working on my own schedule.

There's a reason they offer several months credit if you don't get any jobs, and that's because you probably won't get any. My experience with this "company" was the people that go there just want you to do free samples to "prove" that you can do their work. Then you never hear from them again. Any honestly? People that go there to look for help repost their stuff on free sites anyway. Go to a free site rather than this obvious ripoff.

The help is a joke. You call or email and get a response to 'call this number' even if you're specifically emailing for help. Probably because they don't want a paper record of anything they say.

I would have literally rather thrown my money in a toilet than give it to these people. In fact, it's kind of an insult that I have to give them one star.

Wizard of oz sort of service. Maybe just one man behind all the chains.
Impressive auto systems, but cold, metallic.

Wasted much time trying to find how/where to argue a freelancer review. Difficult chat system., didn't work with my tablet.

Full disclosure: I am new to Outsource (2 days) and have not yet had a bid approved. I called Customer Service due to my concerns about the quality of projects available for a writer like me. Vaneeta not only answered all my questions, but went out of her way to recommend me to a client. She was graceful, professional, heard my concerns and gave me tips to best utilize the credits I have. Her "human" connection went a long way in helping me not feel like I made a huge mistake in sighing up for "another scam" website. I am ready to keep plugging away at Outsource. I gave them 1 star in the year 2016. I am checking their website again in 2018 and I see that they have allowed opportunity to test the service with a moderate subscription rate.

I will explore the website, give it another try with my existing account and leave a feedback that helps Internet Make a better place.

I was very pleased with the variety of the freelancers' experiences. I quickly received responses from many willing to quote on the job, and with a quick review of their profiles, I could get a sense of whether they would be a fit for my project; some easy emails back and forth gave me the confidence to select someone and give them the project. While the payment functions are not as intuitive as the others on the site, their customer service was very helpful, and it was nice to be able to talk to someone live.

I've kept the first editor I worked with. Outsource was easy to use and I was impressed by the quality of work offered.

Using outsource is easy and has a long list of professionals that are eager to work with you. I have only used it once, but my experience was so good, I will continue to use them.

I had a great and professional experience with outsource and will you again. the freelancer was very personable and easy to work with for 3D project.

I signed up to have monthly deductions for credits to send quotes to jobs. I've sent numerous quotes, but have not gotten a single response.
Some of the job requests lack enough information to accurately bid a job. Some will contact you after you've bid to explain they actually won't pay you, it will be commission only.
It is not worth the money they demand.
