Fantastic customer service!

I was blown away by the care and attention Cassandra gave to my order, emailing me back and forth despite the rush to Christmas to make sure my order was just right before delivery. She was thoughtful and courteous and went well beyond the call of duty in all of her interactions with me.
The running shirt was beautiful and of extremely high quality and I loved the way the printed design (a joke for Secret Santa) came out…it looked very professional.
Cannot recommend more strongly.

Very straight forward website to use with an amazing range of products. Delivery was OK but could have been better, but it was Christmas. This was an issue with the delivery service and not Owayo
On the whole a very good experience and I will be using the site again.
P.S. the mugs I ordered are of good quality, as is the cycling jersey.

Wow great company great quality

I was ordering cycling jerseys as a Christmas Gift and left it too late to take advantage of receiving samples for sizing, but no worries the sizing chart was spot on and 5 jerseys were gratefully received for Xmas and they all fit. I would suggest that if in doubt, go for the larger size else you will have a 'race' fit.

The company was very fast to confirm order details, finalize designs, and double check all information on the design was correct before submitting for processing. They even helped to align the color of the team logo across the overall design so it was consistent. Turnaround from design to production was speedy. Communication throughout the whole order/shipping process was fantastic. The jerseys turned out great. I'd highly recommend.
