Director, Michael Kenis, wanted to order personalized guitar picks for his friends who plays in a band. This turned out not to be easy. Eventually, he ended up with an Australian company. Michael decided to enter into a partnership with them by build- ing a website through which people from Holland could order plectrums with a print. “The delivery time was three to four weeks”. The images, which were applied by means of pad printing, were OK, but somewhat grainy. And on every guitar pick there was always the name of the producing company. Which is unacceptable if you want something completely customised. In order to promote his company, Michael approached many music stores and musicians. This way he managed to secure well-known names, with the first being the Dutch singer Ilse de Lange.

Schending van onze richtlijnen
Ordered goods not delivered
Ordered some picks for delivery to UK which were not delivered - despite Royal Mail telling me they were delivered. On querying this with Royal Mail I was told that the address label for delivery did not match the delivery address I provided. I have no idea where they went to and Own Guitar Picks is refusing to return my emails / phone calls / whatsapp messages. I am starting to think I have been scammed and am approaching my bank to see if I can get a refund.

36 custom printed Delrin picks
I ordered 36 Delrin (tortex) picks with my band’s logo. These were delivered a week later from NL to the UK.
The quality is excellent. The printing (Dye Sublimation I think) is high quality, hard wearing and very detailed from the image I gave in the order.
My only issue is that everyone I show them to wants me to give them one!
Great product! I recommend them and will order again.

Great product and experience
I was a little nervous after seeing the reviews below, but my experience was great. Ordered Friday evening 17th Feb and received Thursday 23rd (4 working days from netherlands to UK). Great product. Easy design experience and good communications after i contacted to see if i could have them before the weekend. I haven't seen anywhere else to get these a fully custom tin of picks, would use again

Untrustworthy.
I ordered custom guitar picks from this site on the 25th November and still had not received them over a month later though I paid for tracked shipping and everything. When reaching out about my annoyance I was told it was just lost, once complaining asking for a new set and reading the reviews I understood this isn’t a reliable company and the emailed response began with “haha” so you can see the company doesn’t care about its customers either. I’ve decided to get a refund but we’ll see if that ever comes.

You mention our "haha" reaction. But that was on the fact that you say that there were loads of negative reviews. After google they were only two! Who are already been answered as well.
I ordered from them almost 2 months…
I ordered from them almost 2 months ago, have not received my guitar picks. They said they would resend, but I have not received a tracking code, and cannot reach them by phone, whatsapp or email. I have now received a refund, (January 5th) so I changed the rating to 3. I never received my order, but at least I got the refund.

We always answer all your emails. The package was send to Isreal. We also did send a reprint already that also didn't received in Isreal. We don't know where the problem is to ship to your country. Our last email to you was on Dec 28th.
Poor customer service
I was very happy with the online process of designing the product, however this company has failed to keep me informed of dispatch information and ignored my multiple attempts to get in touch over WhatsApp and email.

We did send you a email that your order was send with regular postage. Also in the month November and December Royal Mail had some strikes. We can always send a reprint, like we always offer to our cusomters.
