Beware: DO NOT USE this Company. They go under several Company names including Thermodetecpro. They say their products are FDA Approved but this is not the case. They say 30 day money back guarantee but again - this is not the case. Their UK address is a PO Box address but the actual Company is Chinese. Their products are cheap, plasticky rubbish and funnily enough do not actually work! All complaints are ignored. I do not recommend them. STAY AWAY from them!!

Scam. Do not order- you won't get your product.

If I could rate this company zero, that’s what I would have done. My story is the same as many others. They said they shipped in May - 4 months later, still no order. Email campaign resulted in apologies and promises but no refund. Would not accept phone calls from small potato buyers like me. They have now stopped responding. These people are crooks who played on the needs of people like me, who were unable to find these thermometers anywhere but online. I am going to look into litigating these cowardly creeps and make them pay for their blatant disregard for the public. Stay tuned. Orlando, FL

I ordered an oxymeter pro in May and still have not received it. their phone number is temporarily disconnected and have emailed then 10 or more times with no satisfaction. Do not order from these people.

I order a pulse oximeter in early May, It is now the end of August and I never received it. I emailed the company numerous times and they said it was sent but it never reached their shipping center. They don't even answer my emails at this point. I strongly suggest you DO NOT do business with this company!

Beware! They are now using a new website called "TempSenseUSA.com". When I purchased, I thought it would be made in the USA, but it's from China! Also, the story sounds just like the ones I read here. Delayed the thermometer almost a month, when it came, it looks nothing like the one on the website, AND it doesn't work! Trying to return, but not sure if I can. This place is Horrible!

Same thing happened to me as the other reviewers! Ordered mid May, now mid August, never received the item and just get excuses and deflections back as e-mails. Finally asked for money back, twice, no answer! DON'T BUY, I don't think they even exist!

Faulty, unusable product. SCAM!

Wish I'd seen this site before wasting money on the Oximeter Pro. It doesn't work and product support constantly deflects and delays. Don't waste your money as I have.

I too ordered from this cheap-assed company in April. Everytime I have tried to contact them I get the same canned email that makes all kinds of excuses and promises to check, but no follow up from them. I ordered through Amazon, but Amazon promptly dropped them shortly after I ordered from them - should have been a warning. I wish I had seen this information earlier. Don't buy anything from OxyPro!

ordered in May never received. I got the same emails others got. PayPal rejected my request for refund after the company sent them a different Tracking # than they gave me. Definitely a rip off ..they are deceitful saying it is shipping from the states but it really comes from China. I wish I had seen this before I ordered. Live and learn I guess but out $60

This company does not deliver, been waiting over 3 months, no product. They say the same thing.
"Rest assured, you will receive your order or will refund you. Your package is insured. Again, our sincerest apologies." Yeah right.

Scam! Took my money on May 19th, two days later sent me a "empty" USPS tracking number that USPS says they are awaiting the items. Its not in their possession but a "partner" Oximeter assures me it will be delivered, yeah right. It's been May 22 and today is July 6th and I have received nothing. Do NOT trust these people. I am awaiting my refund through Pay-Pal.

It is a SCAM
I purchased my item in mid-May and received it June 23. I used PayPal to purchase the item and they rejected my refund request when the item was delivered. I tested the item and it was off significantly - around 7 degrees F.

I ordered an OxiMeterPro in Mid May, got it end of June. Made in China, Of Course, And had hard time getting the thing out of Celsius to Fahrenheit, and then it only went as high as 75 degrees!! Phone number for company on bill is Disconnected for the company, no surprise. I am just going to call my credit card company for refund.

Product never arrived. Awful.

This is a scam. Do not order from them. I placed my order nearly 2 months ago and still have not received my order. They keep saying the item has been shipped, they provide you with USPS tracking number but when checked, website states awaiting for the item. SCAM

Terrible product! Defective, looks cheap. Terrible customer service.

Not worth a star. Scam company. Kept telling me it was coming. Nothing ever came and it appears they even created fake shipping records for Pitney Bowes and the USPS. I reported them to my credit card company and the credit card company immediately gave me full credit - not contingent upon investigation. So the cc company knows this is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

If it was possible to give a zero, I would do it. Charged my card in early May. No product. They said they shipped in late May. No product. No refund. No response. This is a fraudulent company. Don't do it.

This is a sham company. They do not deliver as promised. Their "customer service" phone is not working. They will not refund my money for product that was not delivered! DO NOT buy Oxymeter thermometer or anything else from this company!
