I too have the same problem as Jeff. I ordered an odometer on May 17, 2020. Order sitting in san francisco. I get as form reply saying they are checking with shipper. I did check a few reviews on their - site, all three there good. I am in the same boat as all these others. A scam

These guys are a complete scam. Their “return“ policy or “refund“ policy says you have 30 days from the day you place the order. My order has been sitting in San Francisco awaiting transfer to the US PS since May 17. That is more than a month. I had to order devices from another supplier so I could re-open my business. Now I can’t return these IF I ever receive them at all.

I purchased an oxymeter thermometer in very early May. They said 3-5 days to deliver. Two weeks pass and I contact them to cancel my order. Told it could not be cancelled because it was on its way. 3 weeks later I contacted them again and told them to cancel me and refund or I would turn over to my credit card company. They said I should receive the thermometer within a few days. They could not refund my money because it was being delivered! Today, it still has not been delivered. OxymeterPro is a scam!!! Do NOT buy anything from oxymeter - you will be scammed!!!

After waiting months for my order it finally arrived. But it doesn’t work! doesn’t come with any instructions, looks like a makeshift toy ! yep we’ve been had!

Same boat as most reviews. Ordered 5 weeks ago, still no products. Tracking says awaiting shipment. Emailed multiple times was told USPS is updating tracking late, the riots are causing them to hold packages, newest is that there is a mix up in their system. All along telling me the package was insured so rest assured I would get my package. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.

I've encountered a similar scenario. This company is most likely a fraud!
It's been over a month now, and USPS is still awaiting a delivery from a shipping partner. One cannot call the company directly, unless an order is over $5,000. --- Back and forth E-Mails to their E-Mail address, indicate that they are checking in to the status with their fulfillment Dept., and that if necessary, they will send me a replacement.

I ordered thermometers from this company a month ago and just as everyone has said, my order is waiting to be picked up from San Francisco. There has been no change in the status of my order. Could kick myself for ordering without checking them out first. Makes me sick that there are these people that take advantage of others during these troubled times.

I guess I was scammed also. Ordered on May 8th and can not get anyone to tell me where my product is. Tracking shows it has been in California for a month now. Same email response with no call back every time you email support. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

BEWARE...we believe this company doesn't exist, it is a total SCAM... We were referred to this company by a trusted source and so we ordered over $150.00 worth of items over a month ago and never received them. You can't even speak to a real person when you call the supposed customer service number and we also tried emailing them back and forth (over 7 emails) and get these made up replies...

I wish I would of checked this site out before I purcashed this. I keep getting updates that the post office is waiting for the product first from California ow Las Vegas. No answer when I email them grrrrrrrr

It has been 3 weeks since we placed our order and we have yet to receive our items. Do not order from this company, total scam!

I was stupid for not checking reviews on this company before ordering. Stay away because you’ll never get your items!
