We have carefully reviewed the order information you provided via email and confirmed the details.

Upon receiving your message, we immediately contacted FedEx to investigate the situation. Unfortunately, we verified that the package was mistakenly delivered and signed for at an incorrect address on May 22. We understand this has caused significant inconvenience and regret the outcome.

As the error has resulted in an unrecoverable loss for both parties, we would like to offer a solution: we can reship a new unit to your correct address, and we kindly ask that you cover only $50–$60 to help offset the shipping and handling costs.

Please let us know if you’re willing to proceed with this option. Once we receive your confirmation, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible to support your upcoming trip to Indiana.
