Airport pickup from Paris
The booked car arrived late and was not informed of the delay thus we were left waiting in heat outside the pickup point.
Driver mobile was not provided on the booking confirmation to contact.

El coche se atrasó más de media hora, no me devuelve el dinero, más que nada porque ni mis correos responden. Y encima que el chofer se atrasan me mandan un correo diciéndome que las condiciones se han cumplido correctamente.

Debido a las restricciones excepcionales de circulación en París causadas por los Juegos Olímpicos, todos los medios de transporte están sufriendo retrasos. No es una excusa, sino un hecho que seguramente usted ha notado por sí mismo.
En cuanto a los correos electrónicos, es cierto que hemos cumplido con nuestros compromisos, ya que compró su billete a través de un sitio asociado y no directamente en nuestro sitio cuando fue redirigido por Google Maps. De hecho, aquí está el enlace a nuestro sitio donde podrá verificar que su compra no se realizó directamente en nuestra plataforma:

Si compró su billete en otro sitio que muestra nuestro logotipo, fue en el marco de una asociación. DILETTANTI
Quando uno prenota il transfer ad un orario, viene detto che c'è una tolleranza di +/-15 minuti su tale orario. Ma almeno nel mio caso questo non è stato rispettato, causandomi un danno di 25 euro.
Nelle mie due prenotazioni:

Si è passati dalle 9:30. alle 8:50. Questo non è stato un problema visto che l'aereo anche essendo in ritardo di 20 minuti, è arrivato alle 8:30 (doveva atterrare alle 8:10), ho riacceso il telefono alle 8:30 e per fortuna sono riuscito ad avere la vostra comunicazione in tempo per gestire la cosa.

Si è passati dalle 9:00 alle 8:10 per partire dal Parcheggio alla Gare de Chessy Nord. Me lo avete comunicato con una email il 19/07/2024 alle 23 senza messaggio Whatsapp. Nella email si diceva solo che l'appuntamento era stato aggiornato e Il link al voucher aggiornato non funzionava, fortuna che avevo fatto l'account sul vostro sito e sono riuscito a recuperarlo. Questo anticipo mi è costato 25 euro di taxi, infatti il primo bus navetta gratuito non arriva prima delle 8:23 alla stazione. Se aveste fatto 8:45 con la tolleranza che dichiarate questo non sarebbe successo.
Conclusione:
Chi me li ridà i 25 euro???? Dovreste contattare le persone quando fate questi cambiamenti furori tolleranza dei 15 minuti, altrimenti fate saltare tutti i programmi, in quanto uno quando programma un viaggio sta alle informazioni che gli fornite e calcola di raggiungere in orario il posto che gli dite nell'orario per cui ha pagato, senza impiccarsi perché voi non rispettate la tolleranza sull'orario indicata nella prenotazione.
Ho scritto al servizio clienti e nessuno mi ha risposto.
Do 2 stelle perché gli autisti sono stati gentili e bravi nella guida... ma tutto il resto è da dilettanti.
Bella scusa, le Olimpiadi... peccato che ero a Disneyland Paris che è fuori dal mondo e non c'era nessun problema di traffico lungo il percorso, l'aereo era alle 13:10 e io avevo prenotato il transfert alle 9:00... naturalmente nessuna proposta di rimborso per il danno arrecato!
Aggiungo che non siete molto intelligenti, in quanto sono sicuro che questa recensione, vi costerà molto più di 25 euro!!!!!
