False advertising, extremely slow delivery.
I ordered a box set from here and it took 6 weeks to arrive. It didn’t even look the same as the picture, I only ordered from this company thinking I would get what was advertised.

Ordered a few games over time and never had any issues. Pricing is good, delivery fast and cost of postage reasonable. ( free if you spend over $50 ) There has never been any damage to items when received. They are my go to shop for ps4 games. I would definitely recommend OZGAMESHOP.

good shop with stuff i don't need but want, my only issue is the name "OZgameshop" when it's a UK gameshop, they have an office In Melbourne but the warehouse is in Britain which leaves it very vulnerable to international delays in shipping

Talking Teletubbie Po Doll

If I could give no stars I would. They do not have any concept of Australian Consumer Law. Clearly not in Australia. They claim they cannot ship my order within the two days that it states it will as it is in some overflow warehouse. If this was true, it again is poor management to then take two weeks to ship it out. It is probably overseas and they are lying as they then say it will take a further 8 to 15 days to arrive. Way to ruin an autistic boys birthday.

I'm sorry to hear you have had issue's with your order and this may have effected a birthday.
We do state very clearly on the listing you purchased to allow and additional 8-15 working days for the item to dispatch, we also state this at checkout just before you purchase and also clearly on your confirmation email so that you're made aware of the delay.
Out overflow shipping warehouse are distributed throughout the country and we ship items in bulk to be more environmentally friendly which is why we have the delay. Should you item arrive with us earlier in the main warehouse we'll of course ship it earlier for you.

As much as I like ozgameshop I’m not happy with the web site now showing more NTSC games as living in Australia xbox is a PAL system so NTSC are not compatible unless you have USA account ozgameshop needs too cater for Australia and USA separately as most of the games now on the site are predominantly NTSC

Most games we sell are PAL games as we are in the UK we have the same regions, so most of our customers do want PAL games.
We do sell the odd NTSC game but please don't worry as predominantly most of our games are PAL.
