Terrible customer service.
Ordered a front brake kit, they sent rears. The order clearly states front brake kit. We are in the second week of a vehicle being off road due to their failure to pick and send the correct parts.
DO NOT BUY vehicle specific items from Spares Box. Their warehousing staff obviously cannot read very well.
This is the second time we have received incorrect parts.
It has taken over a week to get a response to a simple email.
The correct parts have not been sent.
The incorrect parts have still not been returned.

I spent extra getting spark plugs from sparesbox rather than off ebay from China. Because I thought, as a Aussie company, they would have stock and I would get it quicker. But they just pocketed the extra and bought them from china. It took AGES! yes this is a DROPSHIPPING store.

I dont know why people are ranting too much. I ordered from them. Took about 1 week. Very good company to deal with. Very responsive.

3rd time I’ve been mucked around - first they said it was in stock and sent 8th
Now they say it isn’t in stock and might have by 23th ?? Wot tha

Most impressed with Sparesbox customer service. Have purchased parts from them several times in the past couple of years. A minor problem occurred with the last order that was partially my fault and was promptly sorted out by their staff. Will continue to buy from and recommend Sparesbox.

Very poor - they say they have it in stock and then dont and then string you along when you chase them up - 'your item has been reserved for you and will be sent ASAP', two different staff said the same line and three weeks later no delivery!

Repeatedly advertised items as “in stock” but shipped late or not at all. Multiple orders delayed — one took over 6 weeks and only moved after I repeatedly contacted customer service, who gave vague apologies and no reliable solution. Poor inventory management and communication; I don’t recommend this store.

ZERO STARS don’t be in a hurry or expect delivery, they have ZERO STOCKS, ZERO CARE/SERVICE. They do advertise the lowest price but if they cannot make a profit at that price they will hold YOUR MONEY and eventually refund. DISGUSTING BUSINESS MODEL. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a clutch reservoir, the lid is way too big for the reservoir and the lid doesn’t even have thread. What am I supposed to do with this “complete replacement”
Item also came after 3 weeks I ordered, tell me how when I order parts from over seas from other websites comes within the week

ordered parts in stock not a single update till 7 days later after 3 enquiries i finally got a response that stated the parts that are in stock on their website were actually on back order with an 8+ day lead time. Do not order from them if you are in a hurry or need anything in a suitable time frame.

I have two vehicles in my garage and when I try to search for items for either vehicle every item I look at it tells me it doe not suit my vehicle, in fact nothing in their store suits my vehicles.
I messaged them and explained whats happening and I got a reponse back asking for all the details of my vehicles including the VIN number, WTF, why do they need VINs.
Anyway, it turns out other shops are easier to do business with, they want my money and have been a customer for a few years.

I was recommended to Sparesbox by a mechanic friend. The parts were easy to locate on their website, especially when you enter your vehicle details. The delivery was quick, excellent communication via emails and courier notifications. All the parts were properly boxed and excellent pricing. This was a first and good experience!

No contact no support. Send the wrong parts. Take over a week to ship anything and not intrested in resolving there mistakes.

orderd an item , only 1 of 3 items arrived
tracking showed that the 2 missing items were at there fullfilment centre in broardmedows, after repeated emails they were unable to supply the missing items,i sent screen shots of the tracking from the courier web site showing where the missing items were, but they still wont send the missing items out to me,so frustrating 4 weeks & 35 emails,i give up , i have asked for a refund & i will purchase my parts from a reliable suplier with compatant staff and a support team with a phone number i can talk to when i need help.

I had a tricky post-sale query about a purchase from almost a year ago. When I reached out to Sparesbox support, Noah took ownership of the issue from start to finish. Ordered the part properly allocated for my vehicle it was a swift delivery well packaged but didnt fit the vehicle ... they refunded the amount including my original postage and because it was a smaill item <$50 they told me not to bother with return. Email response to my issue was quick. Website is easy to traverse to get refund ... with some other sites you have to dig deep to find the refund menu ... so my experience I guess was a positive one.

Placed an order for something late September. Was told delivery would be 2/10 after having to reach out to support.
Contacted again and reached out to the courier company using the given tracking number only to find out they've only been given shipping info and no parcel has been received to send.

- Support are impossible to contact and take multiple days to get back to you.
- Only way to contact support is through email forms on their website.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE - Don't give it to this store. They will just screw you around.

My experience with Sparesbox has been great in each purchase I’ve done with the company over the last 2 years.
I’ll be buying what I need off Sparesbox for the quality and price and fast delivery.

They took more than 2 weeks just to do the postage, let alone being delivered

Bloody hopeless company! Ordered brake pads and notified I would be informed when dispatched, after waiting 11 days I emailed to find out what was going on. To be informed that they in fact didn’t have in stock and were now on backorder with no idea how long they would be.
Now trying to get my refund
