Light weight hat
Hat is too big. I did measure using chart before ordering and asked about the size in the chat box on website. Nice light weight hat and easy to fold if travelling and need a hat.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the hat didn’t fit as expected.
I’ve checked the order details, and your order placed on Feb 22 was processed and handed to Australia Post on Feb 23, which was within 24 hours, and it was delivered on Mar 5. The parcel was in transit for 8 business days, which falls within our stated 4–10 business day delivery timeframe.
Once parcels are with Australia Post, the transit time and sorting processes are unfortunately outside our control, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Regarding the size, if the hat is too big we may be able to swap it for a Medium if that would suit you better. Please double-check the sizing chart measurements on the product page to confirm the Medium size will be a better fit.

My order of 3 automatic extra large umbrellas had also arrived. By geez they're amazing. Fantastic quality. So easy on my hands to use, which have bad arthritis . Couldn't get better protection from the sun.. Delivery was really fast too. I definitely will be back. Such a huge variety of hats & umbrellas..

I originally purchased my 1st wide brim ponytail hat in Peony/grey and I loved it so much (wearing it everyday) that I purchased another one to keep in the caravan in Cream/Grey. The hole at the back is perfect to keep a long (or short) ponytail away from the base of the neck thus keeping me cooler. The medium size is good for my size 58 head without having to alter it. I also purchased a pair of sun protective sleeves. They are a beautiful silky soft fabric but I haven’t had a chance to try them as yet. The website ordering was no hassle and delivery was as expected. Very happy with my purchases.

Their hats are fabulous 🤩 light and comfortable, the ones with the adjustable head crown is just what I needed, you can fold them up, wash them and they are ready to go.

My order hadn’t arrived in the expected…
My order hadn’t arrived in the expected time I emailed and was told it was on its way even though the tracking number didn’t register with StarTrack or Australia post which I contacted both companies emailed again told the same it wasn’t till I commented on a post someone had gone on Facebook that my order still hadn’t arrived that someone else contacted me not Tina who was the original contact emails that I explained again my hats hadn’t arrived
I had already gone to the Bathurst 12hr which is why I ordered them
So I was emailed that somehow my ordered was cancelled even though I had paid for them and that they would post my order free of charge Hello I’ve already paid and you have stiffed it up And I had already left to go away and luckily my husband was still at home to get the parcel and will bring it with him to Anna bay
Also on my original order and receipt it stated they were $18.99each on sale but on the invoice that came with them it stated one was $10 one was $9.00 so I’ve been overcharged not sure
Just really disappointed trying to support Australian business
I haven’t actually seen or tried them on yet as my husband won’t arrive till the weekend let’s hope they fit and are nice to wear

Wide Brim Farming Hat with Face Shield
We are very happy with our purchase of two Wide Brim Farming Hats. It’s a fabulous hat for outdoor activities like kite flying or fishing where you are in the sun all day, or for extended hours. This hat gives incredible coverage and protection from the sun! The face shield is very comfortable, more so that a regular buff. The hat is adjustable and also fits my husbands bigger sized head. Win. Win!!
