From the start I had a lovely lady called Samaria arwo I was well informed of every step of the way by email and calls so that my mind was at ease love that.

Lydia who handled my case kept me updated right from our first conversation, she sent me details of the app they use so that it made reading and signing documentation a lot easier, the whole claims seemed flawless from start to finish, I would definitely recommend this company..

Don’t fall for this scam lie (low ) firm they not doing any thing trying to drag you case so you can just leave my case which is non fault accident not been settled after 15 month they work close with insurance to not give you your rights avoid if you don’t wanna loose your time and money and they charge you 36percent already i made complaint with ambudsmen service and SRA ORG I will take them to court proper rip off plastic solicitors 🙂

I would recommend to anyone. I was assigned a lovely lady called Louise Prescott and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest and made short work of my case. Definitely worth using, I would certainly use them again if I ever needed them

The whole process was made simple, removing a lot of stress. Correspondence was prompt and professional and always courteous. Will use again when required and would recommend.

My representative Louis Jackson handled everything meticulously well. I was forewarned about the possible outcome from the start. Communication was excellent, always responsive and enquiries were dealt with quickly. The claim was also successful. I highly recommend.

I had an accident on holiday in October 2023.

I fell backwards out of a high window that was covered with an a shutter that wasn’t safe. I pulled my daughters pram down with me, luckily she wasn’t in it as she was sat eating in a chair.

I took this to Pabla and Wojtek was my case manager, in the first year Wojtek was great and keeping me up to dates.

Since October 2024 I haven’t had a response from Wojtek. It’s like they’ve just given up and are refusing to tell me. I’ve sent Wojtek many messages asking for an update.

I do understand that the laws in Turkey are different which makes an injury claim difficult but that doesn’t mean they should just give up.

I’ll be looking into what I can do about this.

I feel this review is relevant for anyone who’s ocnsidering using them for this type of case.

I had a RTA in 2021, that was settled in 2024. Throughout this time, Christian was fantastic.The communication throughout was exemplary.There were many bumps in the road, but Christians knowledge and empathy were a massive help for us.

I used Pabla and Pabla solicitors to fight my corner on a clinical injury case. I was badly burnt during a routine operation and it was simply dismissed by the NHS which left me feeling aggrieved and hurt about how unfairly I had been treated.
