Absolutely feel let down … It’s a small case and I’ve had 3-4 different people, it’s been over a year . I’ve sent emails and never had a response . It’s utterly unprofessional and how they get work is beyond me but I feel this is a small case so hence I’m little fish . I would never recommend this law firm !!!

It was quick in getting the compensation. But to get them to chase the work for me was hard. I keep having to beg them to chase the work that needs doing. Its all good communication until they get their cut from compensation
