packandloadservices.com Reviews

The two gentlemen were great. They carefully dissembled furniture and wrapped everything in shipping paper or plastic. Items were arranged in POD and secured properly to prevent damage during transit.

great service, on time, frequent notifications, a great experience with professional care

The crew that unpacked my belongings were nothing short of amazing. Hard working, polite and efficient. Highly recommend this crew.

I've used Pack and Load twice -- once to pack my belongings into a POD in Minnesota, and recently -- two years later! -- to deliver and unload my belongings in Los Angeles. Of course, these were different crews, but both were excellent. The Minnesota packers were fast and efficient and so careful that not one single thing was broken along the way. They took particular care with my electronic piano, which I appreciated so much. The Los Angeles movers were equally wonderful -- fast but very careful. My belongings were unloaded and put into place and my adjustable bed set up in no time. At one point, one of the guys started to put something in his pocket, then turned to me and showed me it was garbage. This was the move of a professional, to me -- he knew how things could be misinterpreted and didn't want any misunderstanding. I don't know if I happened to just luck out on these two different crews, but I couldn't have been happier with the service.

Flexible, professional, quick and polite. All around, staff and actual packing team were awesome!

Quick, good service, nice guy.

Arrived when they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently. Everything arrived at destination in good shape and was unloaded and delivered to our new place quickly.

"Hot Rod" and his team in San Diego were fantastic! Very professional and quick. Our POD shipped cross country and arrived safely thanks to their excellent work.

The guys were great, I would definitely use Pack and
Load again.

Awesome packers. Got the job done quickly and was amazed how fast they packed a 3 bedroom and garage home. Under 4 hours!!! Would definitely recommend this company. Plan to use them again to unpack it all in Nevada

Pack and Load made sure the movers showed up, packed all items, and held my payment until complete. Having them be the go between myself and the movers made the process easier. If I had any questions I could call, or change dates, etc. The movers they sent packed and unpacked the PODS professionally and quickly. Highly recommend.

Professional, on time, got the job done quickly.

On time - very careful and professional. Used them for load and unloading and the service was perfect and the teams were excellent.

The guys worked quickly and were very friendly and easy-going. Would absolutely hire them again!

Unfortunately our NEW refrig had 5 dents both refrig and freezer. The doors need to be replaced or fixed. The dryer door is scratched and there were some small scratches on furniture

Good communication when booking and scheduling the move. Excellent team of movers. It was both hot and rainy, with several drenching downpours on the day of the move, but the movers were undeterred and worked thoughtfully and efficiently to move a number of heavy pieces across a parking lot and up to a 3rd floor apartment without elevators. We greatly appreciate their hard work, expertise, and friendly, courteous manner.

On time, careful, efficient and flexible.

These guys were professional, quick, incredibly helpful, and easy to get along with as they worked! Very efficient I appreciate all of their help!

I had a crew pack one POD and they did a good job. The next week the same guy came with one the same guys but had 2 other different guys to pack two PODs. One guy left early, one guy kept leaving and coming back, so basically 2 guys left. Found out the first guy that left broke a desk after it was packed and then lied about it saying it was already cracked, but didn’t tell anyone. They left after 12 hours and everything wasn’t packed. My husband and I had to finish the next day by ourselves. I made complaint to Pack and Load and the BBB a month ago and have heard NOTHING.
