packandloadservices.com Reviews

Everything was packed neatly. No breakage of any kind. Save us from ordering a third POD.

Packers/movers were extremely late, cited a flat tire but mentioned when they arrived they had been working at another location. They took a lunchbreak while they were here and when they were done, they were in a hurry to leave for another job and did not ask if I needed anything else to fill out the 3 hour time frame. Not sure what company they were hired from but I would urge Pack and Load Services to not use them again. I will say, they worked hard while they were here that is why I gave them an average rating.

The movers arrived on time, quickly evaluated the stuff to move and loaded the truck efficiently. I also used the shuttle service where they move goods from a location to a truck and then to a PODs facility. Packing the POD from the truck was also quick. Everything was done within the estimated time frame.

Upfront cost was very high for only 3 hours work. Need to clearly explain to people that your cost is not final price.

Quick and efficient

We used Pack and Load when we moved across the country using a Pod. The crew were experts in loading up the POD so that all our belongs fit. The crew on the other end were timely and efficient.

Very professional. and efficient.

This company was great! Very courteous and efficient!!

Tommy and his crew were great! Very helpful and made sure everything was packed and secured before leaving the job site. Highly recommend.

Guys did a great job loading 2x16 Pods containers. Customer service was excellent and professional. I would recommend them for your next move!

Loading team was punctual, professional, and very careful loading my furniture and belongings. I did not incur any damages.

I used Pack and Load before. So when I needed my POD loaded up this time it was a no brainer to use them again. Just like the last time I used them they did an excellent job. They loaded up the POD very tight. The amount of furniture and boxes they fit in the POD was amazing. Add to that the great attitude and friendliness of the packer and this company can't be beat. BTW, I'm using them again next week to unpack my PODS.

We recently moved from CA to MA and needed help emptying our two Pods. We reached out to Pack & Load, spoke with Lance who fully explained services available to us! They were very accommodating when I requested a particular date for assistance to empty our PODS! They assigned Fred & his brother Joseph to be our movers. We cannot say enough positive words for the service that Fred & Joseph provided! They were friendly, professional and worked very hard! I would definitely recommend Pack & Load!

Our two guys were fantastic. They were on time, very professional and all around great individuals. They had the pod unloaded and everything in the house in its proper place in less than three hours . They put the dinning room table back together and moved it a few times so my wife could see how it looked. People in the office kept us informed every step of the way.

Nigel, Dave and Hans were amazing with our art and Murphy bed and garage cabinets that we made them empty, move into the POD and refill. Would ask for them by name.
