packandloadservices.com Reviews

Nigel, Dave and Hans were amazing with our art and Murphy bed and garage cabinets that we made them empty, move into the POD and refill. Would ask for them by name.

Helpful and flexible

They were their on time, they were ready to go at the correct time, they had all their required equipment. They accomplished their move within the alloted time. They were very nice gentlement and were very knowledgeable in packing and moving. There was no damage to any of our items. What more can you ask for. They were just great guys.

Great company they were efficient and worked quickly and were all around nice and honest people.

We appreciate that the movers worked a long first day in extreme Florida heat, but their work was far from satisfactory. Our specific directions on what to pack and load into the PODS were ignored in multiple instances, one of which required us to ship items back to Florida at our own expense (later reimbursed by Pack and Load). Items from widely different locations in our house were randomly thrown together making later unpacking very difficult. (We're still missing various items.)

They worked steady and did
what they needed to do to get done.

The customer service was excellent and very responsive. I appreciate that they have a team of people you can speak to via phone. The 2 men who loaded the POD container did a fantastic job. Arrive on time, good communication and efficient.

We were told when everything was booked that the packing would happen first, and then the loading would be for three hours and the estimate we were given was for the boxes and the cost of the boxes and then the three guys for three hours then when the Packers got there, they started loading as soon as they started packing and come to find out it was actually supposed to be four hours one hour for packing three hours for loading that was never told to us so as soon as our pod was full, which did not hold everything. They did not continue packing because they were told that was not the way they were supposed to be doing it. I have concerns with Robert who explained this process to us and did not tell us This and now we still have more packing to do and now we have to get someone else to come help us get the rest of the stuff loaded into another pod.

The team was great - very courteous and professional

Pleasant, hardworking and efficient. They were concerned about my needs and did a great job. Would definitely revommend them

My stuff was not all kept organized in the same room. Some things that I know for sure was downstairs ended up in upstairs boxes. The mirror box I paid for separately was used to wrap a piece of a couch when we had two mirrors to pack. Both mirrors ended up being stuffed, unpacked, in the POD and it broke. Most of the boxes were not labeled correctly. The packers packed open canisters of water UPSIDE DOWN in a plastic box of personal items which all got ruined and I had to throw the box away. Cleaning supplies were not taped so they spilled and had to be thrown out. Random pieces of furniture were packed in separate boxes so it took opening so many boxes just to find all the pieces to one chair. I’ve been packed and moved by so many services throughout the years (military moves) and this is by far the worst packers and loaders. Would not recommend.

The guys were punctual, professional, courteous, and speedy.

The crew was professional, efficient, helpful, polite and kind. They worked quickly and did a great job placing furniture and boxes in the proper places. I would definitely use them again.
