Very nice, competent crew

Lost keys. The couch didn't fit (I know you don't guarantee that everything will fit, but he didn't tell me that the couch wouldn't fit until there wasn't a reasonable place for it.) On arrival, many of the boxes were crushed. He insisted on taping the keys to my hutch to the back of the blanket - but they were gone when they got here. It cost me $150 to get the hutch open.

Packers were great. Did a wonderful job loading the POD and were very nice to my parents. The load arrived with everything perfect. Fantastic job.

This company was a Pods referral. The crew was hard working and professional. Thomas is a packing genius! They helped us get everything in 2 Pods so we didn't need a third. Would use them again.

The movers were courteous, moved quickly and were careful when handling our belongings. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The 3 men crew were prompt, professional, and kind. They went straight to work and handled the workload sufficiently. Although, they needed two additional hours to load the truck, it was of no fault of their own.

Excellent service. They arrived on time and made very efficient use of every minute. Highly recommended.

We had 3 exceptional men on your team who were professionals and did an outstanding job packing us up! They were equally nice people who kept us informed through out the process

Not the best experience from the company . Would never use this service again. Was told one thing however didn't get what I was told. Was very dismissive Lacked good Customer service. No recommendations from my end

Everyone was very friendly. Some items were just thrown willy nilly into the second POD and we needed to repack them or wrap them. The base to my glass top table was not covered with anything and it ended up with scratches on it. The team on the receiving end could not get the the door to the POD open for over a half hour because something was jamming it.

The the two guys were great. Very proficient, fast and friendly.

Clwan, careful and efficient!

Perfect move! Everything on time and as promised! Highly recommend Pack and Load services!!

The gentlemen from Pack and Load Services were totally professional. They obviously had performed similar services in the past. The two individuals worked as a team. They were able to fit all the items I had identified for the POD when I was thought I should have requested a larger unit. I would use Pack and Load Services in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs loading assistance!

Staff courteous, efficient. They really know their job, from ordering to scheduling to loaders, all were fantastic. Made a very stressful tine easy without a hitch.

The guys who came to do the packing were kind and professional. They got to work and right away and had everything loaded within 2 hours.

We used this service both in CT and TN we had best experience both times. The gentlemen were courteous and quick. I would recommend your services

Great crew, protected valuables and did great job packing the POD

Danielle was great with communication and scheduling. She gave me her number to contact when we had questions or changes in scheduling. She always called me back immediately. The movers were friendly and efficient. They were very professional.
