Unpacking wasn't great
The packing experience with the crew was good. They were fast and nice. But when we went to unpack, we saw our belongings were damaged. Boxes were overloaded and there were things damaged and broken.

Pack and Load did an excellent job in my move from Fort Worth, TX to North Carolina. At both the origin and destination sites the movers and packers were on time, worked efficiently, stayed on task, and delivered the service in the allotted time and for the agreed upon price. Nothing was broken, not my dishes, china, crystal, nor important keepsakes. This was a great experience and I would and will use them again.

Great team of people to work with on my move from Florida to Michigan. Great to have one company to organize loading and unloading at both locations. Staff and Service teams were just outstanding.

The movers were scheduled for 12-1 arrival. Notified by you that it was now from 1-3. I had people at the house to help me once the movers started moving stuff in, but only until 4pm. Received another call that movers would arrive around 3;30. Movers did not arrive until after 4pm, my help left MOvers finally showed up around 4:15. I call and left messages and filled out the form 3 separate times for a call back regarding the arrival time. A call was never returned. Very Poor customer service after the move.

Staff was great, arrived at scheduled time, packed items neatly and safely. Nothing of our was broken.

I paid extra for a heavy item to be put downstairs. Moving team said several items could not go downstairs. I requested a refund for that one item that I paid extra for. I have never heard from them again even though I was told I would get a call from management. The team did not handle my items with care. I would not use them again. I actually canceled my second appointment to have them help unload a pod. I hired another company.

The PODS company messed up the delivery of the container but they got it packed in less than an hour despite that.

First, the crew that did the packing was great. I had packed some of my stuff up in boxes but not even close to everything. The furniture was wrapped in paper with an inside liner, and anything else that needed to be packed up was. They were able to put all my belongings with the exception of a few things in a 16 ft. Pod. Don't play Tetris with these guys, they will beat you. The ones that unloaded placed everything where I wanted and put together the beds and all other stuff. Very happy all around.

They were very quick, energetic, and determined not to g over my two hour time limit-- which I really appreciated.

It was a little unnerving the way they stacked and stuffed everything into the container so incredibly tight, saying that they knew what they were doing. And even though it didn't make for the most optimal UNpacking experience, I suppose they knew what they were doing and the contents in fact did not move around inside the container.

They did seem to have some training-- as opposed to most of the people on my other moves. They were polite and professional.

They had a hard job with all my boxes and things besides furniture. They packed it so efficiently and unloaded everything where i wanted it.
They were careful snd very friendly.

This was the absolute worst moving company I have ever used. They dropped a lamp and broke it and their insurance doesn’t cover any damages over $25. They didn’t show up with any supplies that were supposed to be included like shink wrap. That caused us to incur additional expense as well as time to go purchase supplies. Not a single apology from pack and load or anything to fix the issues we had.

Movers took care of items and unloaded in correct locations. No damaged items. Finished in time quoted. Delayed start at pods facility. Late mover arrival.

The guys who packed my household goods from Florida didn’t pack with each tv all the cords that went with five of my tvs. I am trying to find cords for each tv. Also my German Shrank key is missing and should have been taped to the shrank somewhere and I can’t open it to put the glass shelves inside. Before my beautiful dinette table left my home in FL the base legs were cracked and broken. I just happened to find it sitting by itself which it was not placed with the table. I would never use pack and load again nor refer them. I filed my claim and my table has been discontinued from Ashley Furniture and they need to replace my entire table.

I took the liberty in GA to make a nice lunch for the pack and load crew unloading my furniture in GA. They took some time to eat and this time was included in my three hours which I went over 40 minutes for and was charged $189.

I was also charged $75 to connect my grandfather clock. No one connected my clock and I called them for this refund which I was told I would be reimbursed and NEVER got the $75.

The guys were o. Time and did a great job loading and unloading the Pod.

Be honest about what you offer. You said you have qualified, trained loaders when actually, you just hired local businesses, which I could have done myself without your help. It wound up being much more expensive. And I had to deal with a mad vendor when I gave him a review he didn't like.
