I’m extremely delighted with the price, the perfumes and speed of delivery. I recommend Perfume Price to all I know and meet.

Brilliant. Ordered some Ralph’s club Eau de parfum for men. Very good price for this item, communication was first class, arrived when it was supposed to, very happy with service received. Will definitely use again. The parfum is good as well, nice smell, and lasts well.

Perfume price dissolved may 2025 so this year still trading is suspicious and being reported.
I would avoid this seller due to dishonest presentation, lack of transparency, and questionable products.

I purchased from “Perfume Price,” yet the Trustpilot listing appears under a completely different name, “Paco Perfumerias,” with no clear explanation. Even more concerning, the contact email listed on the Paco Perfumerias Trustpilot page is customerservices at perfumeprice.co.uk, clearly linking the two. This gives the impression of operating under different identities rather than being transparent about who the customer is actually dealing with.

Under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, traders must not mislead consumers by omitting or disguising material information, including their true business identity. This setup raises serious concerns around transparency.

On receiving the fragrance, I immediately noticed issues: the QR code only displays a generic number instead of linking anywhere, and the cellophane seal is on the back of the box rather than the standard side. These are basic authenticity indicators, so I raised this straight away with photos.

I was told the distributor had “removed the QR code” — which is incorrect, as the code is still clearly visible and scannable. If it had been removed, that would suggest the packaging had been altered, meaning it would not be in original new condition.

When challenged, Alex confirmed they are not an authorised retailer and that the item is grey market stock, which was not disclosed at the point of sale. He was also unable to explain the QR code or packaging and stated he “doesn’t particularly care” about such differences.

Customer service was dismissive. I was told a refund would only be issued after return and inspection, and when a chargeback was mentioned, they attempted to discourage it by saying it would only delay the outcome.

Providing incorrect information, failing to disclose grey market sourcing, and a lack of transparency around business identity raises serious concerns under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

I would not trust this retailer.
