The Best Reminder System
We use Paidnice as our reminder platform, we utilise the email and SMS reminders.
Since on-boarding Paidnice into our accounting workflow we have experienced a great boost in productivity, as we no longer need to manually track down debtors. This positive change has significantly improved team morale, as dealing with debtors can be frustrating.
We also appreciate that greater level of control and frequency of Paidnice's reminders over what is traditionally over in our accounting platform.

Paidnice is a great tool
Paidnice is a great tool to keep your clients accountable, adding a critical feature that Xero was lacking. It's literally a set-and-forget type of application that once you configure it automatically charges interest to clients who do not keep to their payment terms. We saw a great improvement in the average time to pay accross all clients and the subscription cost is more than covered by the interest generated, so it pays for itself.
