Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich mit dem Kurs von Vinny Crispino gestartet habe! Der Einstieg ist angenehm und sanft gestaltet, sodass ich mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt habe – ganz ohne Überforderung. Bereits nach wenigen Tagen habe ich erste positive Veränderungen gespürt: weniger Verspannungen, mehr Beweglichkeit und ein besseres Körpergefühl. Besonders motivierend: Zum ersten Mal schaffe ich es, ein Training wirklich durchzuhalten – seit drei Wochen trainiere ich täglich und es fühlt sich richtig gut an. Six months in = big improvements in movement, strength and pain relief
Six months in and have already experienced significant improvement in movement, strength, and pain relief. I admit I was skeptical at first, but I am learning so much about how the body is supposed to move. As you move ahead in the various phases, it does get harder, but I find that I am not afraid to try and after a few times, it becomes easier. I don’t have to think about doing the routine each day, my body tells me to get down on the mat and do it. And if i have to skip for some reason my body tells me that was a dumb move!

I am just at the beginning of the program,but have noticed subtle changes in my body since I started.
I have arthritis in both knees(one from an old injury)and degenerative hip disease and arthritis of the S1 joint,which seemed to come on more intensely this last year. I’m a very active fit 74 year old and have tried PT and chiropractic. I took Vinny’s free trial and felt that his movement program might be exactly what I need.

Amazing slow and gente reconstruction of lost muscle balance and body awareness (proprioception). This is my third week and I am starting to feel significant relief from chronic pain and muscle tensión. I strongly recommend it! 🤩
Beginning to be hopeful again
Although an online program, even what are likely automated email/reminders, the encouragement and validation balance with compassion so not experienced as nagging and harassment. The movements and meditations are so helpful. The responses to my specific questions are prompt, succinct, while being thorough enough. Being one of those that have chased many, many treatment/therapy options for years, about a month in, I am beginning to wonder if maybe this option has the interventions that feeling hopeful might be worthwhile.

This will change your life for good. I can't thank Vinny enough for this. You learn to use your body how it should be used and you truly get to know yourself because of that. I could write a whole book of how this is the best thing you can do for yourself and your body. But instead all I can say is give it a try, you wont be dissapointed. The program is easy to navigate in and step-by-step explained. The value you get from this is priceless.

I struggle with hip and lower back pain. This program, after almost a month is helping with both areas. The routines are deceptively easy, but very effective. Vinny does an excellent job of explaining how to do the exercises es and they why behind them.

Pain relief, finally!
I have had constant pain in my low back, neck and shoulder for years. I am a hair stylist, over 30 years. I tried the free 3 day hip strengthening and for the first time, felt relief. I own every thing that promises relief, I have tried everything from chiropractor to physical therapy to stretching to yoga, but, no relief. I am three weeks into the program and almost pain free. It sneaks back after I work, but, each week, less and less. Best money I have spent!!! I recommend to all of my clients

The exercises are short and mostly easy yet they still address imbalances in the body. I like that they help to reregulate movement. Mostly I'm happy that if there is an exercise I find difficult, it doesn't last too long and the following week there will be different areas to work on.

A good friend recommended Pain Academy about a year ago. I would frequently do Vinny’s Hip and Back Challenges from week to week and find some relief. Now that I’ve joined the Pain Academy I can truly say I’m experiencing less pain in my lower back and neck by consistently doing the daily sessions. An awesome blend of physical practice and mindfulness practice. Vinny’s experience and knowledge provide an objective process in finding physical balance again through the movement program. I have had years of various therapies…
I have had years of various therapies on my pelvis misalignment. This is the first time I have felt that what I am learning is actually working, actually changing my ability to move. And I spend only about 25 minutes a day in very subtle movements. Progress is slow, but it is progress. I am pleased.

This program is transformative on so many levels. 14 years with arthritis and only now am I slowly learning to befriend my body, and stop trying to bend it to my will. The work is simple but challenging, and the progress slow but steady. My pain has decreased significantly (after only 2 weeks), and I now know to trust the process, and that the benefits will just keep coming.
worth your time, energy, and $
I came across pain academy from a free online webinar. Going in my expectations were very low and I was very quickly blown away. It’s not that the approach is rocket science but it is in my experience different than how traditional providers approach pain and mobility and flexibility. The MINDBODY connection was huge. I have shared with easily 10 friends who all fell in love with the content and the approach. It can be hard to make a decision to invest in yourself but… this is worth it.
I like that in the program I move, strengthen and learn
I have only gotten through a few days in week 1, but have noticed a shift in my walking. Which is a first after chasing symptoms in physical therapy for 10 years. I like the fundamental rebuilding bottom up of movement and strength. Those little ankle circles are very painful and I have a click that is disruptive. I feel the streghthening in areas that have gotten weak, and know that is what will get me moving again. I also like the teaching videos, I move and a learn.
Stick with it- the correct exercise will help at any age.
Have had good results from as much as I have done so far. Had to put a hold on it due to an issue that I was in hospital & followed up with outpatient surgery that has put limitations on exercise for 2 weeks
